Trivia 1|| Entry 6
Do you get scared at the sound of thundering shouts? Or do you get scared of the sound of silence piercing through the air?

Days went by quickly like how it would fly across the page of a calendar.
Jimin smiled at me every time we walked past each other in the hallways or in the canteen, like a form of greeting. His perfect smiles had always brought me uneasiness, where his lips curled up naturally at the corners as his eyes stared confidently into mine without wavering at any point in time.
I slowly got used to smiling at him, and after a while, I thought maybe I should conquer my fear instead of letting it over take me. Jimin might not be that bad after all.
I was so bloody wrong.
Throughout the two weeks after the quarrel Jungkook and Hoseok had with each other, they have been as different as opposite ends of the spectrum.
Mrs. Park changed their seating arrangement, and they now sat at opposite ends of the class, but Hoseok found every opportunity he could get to bump into Jungkook, or piss him off by accidentally kicking his bag while walking past etc. As usual, the childish acts were very 'Hoseok' of him.
Two weeks passed, and Jungkook finally fought back when he 'accidentally' punched Hoseok in the face while stretching when he walked past his table. Jungkook might not know it but it was hella obvious that he did it on purpose.
Hence, the first fight they are having in two weeks is now.
Like literally now.
All the two boys could see was red as they collided into the surrounding desks without fear.
It was just my luck that I happened leave my textbook in class with the two of them around after school, there was hardly anyone I could find in the next few classes to stop the boys.
Jungkook gave a forceful uppercut that Hoseok couldn't manage to dodge. After that was a continuous torrent of heavy punches and kicks to the gut.
"Jungkook, stop!" My stomach whirled as I watched the poor boy receive hits without blocking. And as much as everyone hates Hoseok, I don't think he deserves to be bloody and bruised.
Jungkook looked up for a moment in annoyance at me, and his cold glare could have pierced my resolution if I hadn't felt worse from Jimin.
Just then, Hoseok took the opportunity to kick the back of Jungkook's knee and tackle him to the ground. The fight continued like wild beasts attacking each other with an intent to kill.
I was about to run out of class to the staffroom and get a male teacher to stop this, but a sudden black blur appeared before my eyes. The blur came from a boy who was moving so swiftly in the air that it was as if the air was making space for him to move.
Jimin kicked Hoseok off without hesitation, his leg swinging through the air seamlessly, giving time for Jungkook to recover himself.
"Hyung, I can—" Jungkook barely said anything before he cut himself off as he saw the look Jimin was giving him.
Emotionless, scorched black eyes looked at Jungkook for a split second.
It was how eerily calm Jimin was, that frightened both Jungkook and I. Jimin merely looked with his usual dark and daunting eyes, there wasn't a hint of anger anywhere in his pupils.
We could tell it was an exertion of authority.
"Dude what the hell?" Hoseok rubbed his shoulder, where the imprint of Jimin's shoe could be clearly seen on the white uniform.
"Fuck off Jimin, this is a fight between me and Jungkook, who the hell are you to interfere?" Hoseok spat as he looked down at Jimin.
The small height difference would have made me laugh if I wasn't scared shitless.
Someone could have died just now.
Hoseok's ribcage could have broken and punctured his lung. His jaw could have cracked and resulted in splinters of bones in his flesh.
"Hoseok, you know me," Jimin brushed his black hair back, which formed waves like one of a black sea.
"I can break you like I break anything," Jimin's small smile evaporated and left behind a cold gaze. Hoseok didn't dare to move and reveal his wavering pupils.
"Go clean the mess up," Jimin looked over at the empty and rampaged classroom, there were tables that were turned and worksheets strewn onto the floor.
When none of us moved, Jimin glanced from Jungkook to Hoseok emotionlessly.
"I'm pretty sure neither of you went deaf from the fight," Jimin drawled as he picked up one of the fallen tables and placed it back into position.
I saw Hoseok's jaw tighten and Jungkook pressed his lips together into a thin line. Their reluctance poured out in their body language, but it was clear that they both knew what they valued more than their pride.
Slowly, they started packing up in silence, and only the shuffling of papers could be heard in the empty classroom.
As I bent down to help them arrange the worksheets, I couldn't help but think about what Jimin's eyes were like.
How beautifully crafted they were.
And how soulless and fearless they were.
