100. stefan's gone mad
Meanwhile in Belgium, a certain purple haired witch made her way to a dorm all so familiar to her. Reaching Bronwyn's dorm, Isabella reached out to knock.
The Perkins shuffled her feet, waiting for her ex girlfriend to answer. When Bronwyn opened the door, Bella could have sworn she felt her breath hitch in her throat.
The blonde looked beautiful, as always, but things weren't the same between the witch duo anymore. They realised they had feelings for one another and tried to explore that. Bella and Bronwyn dated for a while, but things didn't work out... so now it was awkward between them.
"Bella." Bronwyn greeted the shorter witch, as Bella's lips curved up into an awkward smile. "Hey."
"I just wanted to thank you for trusting me and... helping with the spell..." Isabella began, before she clutched the purple necklace around her neck. "Everything feels fine again, thanks to your help."
Bronwyn smiled back, before she also reached out to grab her own purple stoned necklace around her neck, as a relieved look graced her features.
The truth was, Isabella had noticed the absence of Carmen and instantly rushed to Bronwyn for help. The Stellar witches gathered some other witch students and using their combined magic, they managed to bring Carmen back to life.
"It's funny... they seemed so excited to go to Mystic falls... it doesn't seem like that good a place." Bronwyn confessed with a laugh, as Isabella nervously laughed.
"I'm uh... actually thinking of going back to Mystic falls." She said, as Bronwyn's expression faltered. "Wait.. really? Tell me you're joking." The Wilson replied, as Mystic Falls seemed dangerous to her.
Isabella shook her head, "It's my home. And it's clear that something is going on... I mean, Carmen died and Lexa is now some sort of vampire-witch hybrid." She admitted, "It sounds all crazy but... I think they need our help." The Perkins witch concluded.
Bronwyn looked at her ex girlfriend, processing this before she nodded. Isabella looked up at the taller witch. "I know things are awkward between us... and we might not ever be as close as we used to be before we were dating... but I want you to come with me." She spoke.

"Hey, is everything okay?" Lexa asked, rushing into her home. Giorgia had contacted the Gilbert and the heretic rushed from the Salvatore house to her own home.
On the couch, Giorgia still held Carmen, as the groggy ravenette stayed in her lover's arms. "Carmen—" Lexa blurted, seeing how weary the Anderson was.
"What happened?" Lexa asked, sitting with the pair, as Carmen sat up. "Isaiah killed Carmen." Giorgia spoke bitterly, as Lexa's face faltered.
"I'm gonna kill him." She decided, about to get to her feet, but Carmen reached out to grab Lexa's hand. "No." She spoke.
"What?" Giorgia and Lexa both asked in surprise. Carmen looked between them, "I saw the look on his face.. before I died. It showed regret." She spoke slowly, "I don't think the other Mikealsons are as bad as we believe."
"Baby... they are killers. They killed Lexa, Lexa's ancestor and Aunt... and that werewolf girl and now you too." Giorgia reminded her love, as Carmen looked to her and nodded. "It was all for Klaus. Klaus has this power over them, I can see it." She explained.
"I think the twins are doing what they can to protect eachother, but the real problem here is Klaus. We need to eliminate him." Carmen explained, as she groggily got to her feet.
Giorgia and Lexa looked at eachother, unsure of what to say. "I'm gonna go take a nap. I need to rest." The ravenette yawned, as she walked towards her shared room with Giorgia.
The Garcia looked to Lexa. "I'm gonna stay with her." She decided, as Lexa nodded. "I'm gonna head to the Salvatore house, I'll be back soon." She replied, before the witches parted ways.

"I can't believe the mess Stefan has gotten himself into." Brooklyn sighed, pacing around the room as Caroline watched her.
"I should have been here... maybe I could of helped." Brooke cursed herself, as she'd been travelling with Bruno, trying to stay away from the Mikealson dilemma while meeting with witches to help Bruno to understand his magic.
Of course, Mystic Falls had plenty of accessible witches such as Lexa, Natasha, Giorgia, Carmen and of course Bonnie— Who Brooke was eager to see again.... But while they were unfortunately stuck in the middle of the Mikaelson drama, she wanted Bruno to have no part in it.
"It's not your fault, Brooke. Don't stress yourself out." Caroline insisted, "We're gonna find a way to deal with Stefan."
The door to the Salvatore home then opened, as Lexa entered. "Hey." She greeted, as Caroline and Brooke looked to her. "Hey Lexa." The Salvatore greeted, before she left the living room, to check on her son.
"Hey Lex! How's Carmen and Giorgia?" Caroline asked, once Lexa re-entered the Salvatore home. "They're really shaken... they're resting up. I'm gonna get them some food from the Grill on my way home... hopefully it'll lift their spirits." Lexa said, with a weak smile.
"Isaiah killed Carmen, Care." Lexa added, plopping onto the couch beside the blonde. "Giorgia and Carmen didn't do anything wrong... and he went ahead and killed her." She spoke, in slight surprise.
"We need to get rid of the Mikaelsons." Caroline responded, as Lexa nodded. "We do." She said, wishing she could find a way to overpower them.. all of them, even if Carmen insisted that it was only Klaus they should focus on.
"Hey Care... there's something else I have to tell you." Lexa said, as Caroline looked to her with a concerned expression. "What is it, Lex?"
"Well, isn't this cozy?"
The best friends looked up to see Stefan leaning against the pillar at the edge of the room. Damon and Elena entered the room now, hearing his voice.
"What are you doing here, brother?" Damon demanded, as Stefan walked into the room to the drink table and poured himself a drink. "Last I checked, I live here. Klaus is gone, but he's asked me to keep watch on you until he returns. From now on, you're under my protection."
He looked at Elena, before moving his eyes to Caroline and Lexa. After a moment, he held up his glass to Damon and took a drink.
"Mmm, by all means. Carry on." He said, before he left the room, leaving the four to remain surprised. Elena and Damon eventually left the room.
Lexa sighed, "What mess have we gotten ourselves into now." She sighed, wishing she could have been more help in keeping Stefan sane.
"Hey... It's not your fault." Caroline insisted, as she placed a hand on top of Lexa's. "What did you... want to tell me?" The Forbes then asked.
Lexa sighed, before she faced the blonde. "I kissed Klaus." She blurted, as Caroline blinked in surprise. "I didn't want to, but I wanted to distract him so that Stefan could escape.. and the hybrid seems to have some sort infatuation with me." She admitted. "But it didn't even work because Isaiah found Stefan and snapped his neck."
"I know we're not together or anything but I still.. don't want to be with anybody else— especially Klaus." Lexa rambled on as Caroline was processing this. "You were... only trying to help Stefan." She said after a moment, "Besides, like you said, you don't like Klaus... do you?" The brunette shook her head, "God no." She scoffed in response.
Caroline laughed, before she gave her crush a small smile. "Thanks for telling me." She said, before seeming to have an itching question. Lexa could tell.
"I can tell you want to ask something.. just do it." Lexa grinned, as Caroline rolled her eyes playfully before she finally asked, "Was he a good kisser?"
Lexa couldn't help but to laugh, before she shrugged. "He was okay. Not my best." She decided. "Well, that's reassuring." The Forbes laughed.

The next morning had arrived, and with Natasha's absence, Caroline found herself cosily under the covers of the Petrova's bed. Lexa stood in the doorway, as she'd just arrived at the house and went to greet her crush. Their conversation was unfortunately short lived, as they heard some giggling downstairs.
"I'm gonna go see what he is up to." Lexa sighed, already knowing that whatever was going on downstairs was Stefan's doing. "Okay. I'm nice and warm here so..." Caroline trailed off, giving Lexa a pleading look that she could stay under the blankets instead of going with the Gilbert. Lexa laughed, "Yeah whatever." She said, before she left the room.
Lexa met Damon in the hallway, as the pair walked down the stairs. They stopped, finding two dead girls at the foot of the stairs. The heretic blinked in surprise, as Damon just frowned. "Classy."
They enter the living room, as Stefan is in there with a few girls. They were playing Twister and there's blood on the Twister mat. Lexa frowned, "Since when did this place turn into some kinky brothel?" She asked, as Stefan ignored her.
"Really Stefan? Your sister's kid lives here— he can't see this!" Lexa then scoffed, though the vampire ignored her.
"Uh-oh. Alexandra, left hand, please." Stefan said, as the girl named Alexandra gave him her hand as he turned it and bit her wrist.
"Hey, the two brunettes on the staircase owe me a Persian rug." Damon huffed in annoyance. "You mean, they owe us a Persian rug? It's my house, too, brother. Ooh! Would either of you like a spin?" He asked, as he held up the spinner.
Lexa frowned, and waved her hand, causing the spinner to fly across the room and hit the wall. Stefan gave the heretic an unamused expression.
"So this is what Klaus had in mind when he compelled you to protect Elena?" Damon asked, as Stefan shrugged. "These ladies are helping me be all that I can be."
Before the conversation could continue, Rebekah, Natasha and Isaiah entered the house. The Mikealson barbie and the Petrova heretic were hand in hand, though their free hands were filled with shopping bags. Behind them, Isaiah held some bags also.
"Where's Stefan?" Rebekah demanded, as Damon looked confused, as he hadn't met the blonde before. "Who the hell are you?" He then asked.
"Get him the hell out of this house." Lexa growled, her eyes on Isaiah, though her words were ignored.
Rebekah just stormed passed, taking Natasha with her. Damon gave his best friend a confused look. Isaiah past Damon too, but not before giving the Salvatore a wink.
"He left us here. My brother actually left us here." Rebekah huffed, referring to herself and Isaiah. "I mean.. it's not the worst case scenario." The Pierce girl said, as she felt some form of peace with Klaus being gone.
"Oh, I'm sorry. Your tone implies that I'm actually supposed to care." Stefan said, not giving a single fuck.
"You're Klaus and Isaiah's sister?" Damon asked, as Isaiah answered, "She sure is." Rebekah turned to Damon for a moment. "Rebekah. Pleasure, I'm sure." She said, before turning to her girlfriend. "Which one's our room, love?"
"What a damn minute— Natasha, can you explain?" Damon asked, not following. Stefan huffed, "You're not staying here."
"Rude." Isaiah said dramatically, "I'll find myself a room. I'm sure Bekah will just cosy up with Natalia." He decided, before he went to walk towards the stairs.
Lexa gripped Isaiah's arm, her eyes glaring into his. "You killed one of my coven." She spoke coldly, as Isaiah looked to her. "I had to, to keep the plan going." He responded, not seeming too proud of his actions.
He was a Mikaelson, a killer at heart... but the look on Carmen's face as he killed her, had been stuck in his mind.
"I did it to get Klaus off my back. I love him, he is my brother... but he also likes to dagger my twin whenever she does something as little as look at him funny. Lexa, I can't live without my twin, I'm sure you of all people, understand." Isaiah explained, before he continued to walk up the stairs, as Lexa was left with his words.
"So I guess they're staying here." Lexa sighed in frustration as Damon still had his eyes on his best friend. "Since when do you have a girlfriend?" He asked, as the older heretic gave the Salvatore a smirk, before she walked upstairs to show Rebekah to their room.

Lexa, Elena, Caroline and Bonnie were at front of the school. Elena had a scarf around her neck. The group were waiting for Giorgia and Carmen, who were in the front office.
"Here we are. Senior year." Caroline begun, looked to her best friends. "Yep. Doesn't feel as exciting as I hoped." Lexa admitted, feeling underwhelmed. "Anyone else think it should feel slightly more empowering?" Bonnie then asked.
"Okay. So prank night was a bust. But we are accepting it, and we are moving on." Caroline declared, before the door opened and Giorgia and Carmen stepped out, hand in hand. It had been a few days since Carmen died and came back to life... but now the girlfriends were sort of acting as though nothing happened.
"You're right. I mean, why should I let the fact that my crush is seeing the ghost of his dead girlfriend hinder this experience?" Bonnie asked, before Lexa looked to Bonnie, knowing that her crush was Jeremy. "I thought you liked Brooklyn?" She asked.
Bonnie shrugged, "I thought so too... but she's never around. I feel like I'm waiting around for something that's never going to happen." She admitted, seeming disappointed. Lexa looked to Bonnie, wondering if she should play cupid and bring this up to Brooke.
"Hey, at least you don't have new siblings in your life that are shacking up with your friends." A voice spoke up, belonging to Sienna. The six turn to the werewolf-guardian, and give her an awkward smile. "Ava and Tyler have probably had sex in every room of the Lockwood mansion and Astrid is totally crushing on Matt." Sienna explained, feeling like she had won this.
But no, Elena had to top it off.
"Today's our anniversary. Technically, Stefan and I met on the first day of school last year." The magicless Gilbert decided. "Yeah. You win." Caroline then decided. "Not that it was a competition." Sienna added, before Lexa smirked at the Lockwood, "I don't know Cece, you seemed pretty competitive." She reminded her. Caroline giggled, as Sienna rolled her eyes playfully.
"Hm.. well I watched my girlfriend drown and then had to try bring her back to life." Giorgia added, as Carmen seemed uncomfortable about this topic. Elena looked at Giorgia, with a sympathetic expression.
"Okay. I definitely see a winner." Sienna admitted, causing them all to laugh awkwardly at the mess that their lives had become. With that, the group headed into the school, to begin a new day.
