Caroline poked her head into her bedroom, finding a half awake Sienna, in her bed. The Forbes plonked herself beside the werewolf, as she thought back to what they'd discussed the night previously. "Hey." Caroline smiled, as Sienna weakly smiled back, "Hey."

Caroline moved her hand forward to move Sienna's long locks of hair out of her face. "How are you feeling?" She asked. Sienna shrugged, "I feel.. emotionally drained." She confessed, as she had spent most of the evening crying, and confiding in Caroline.

"Does anybody else know?" The vampire asked, as Sienna reluctantly answered, "Only Matt. Not even Tyler knows." Caroline gave a nod, "Look.. it's up to you, but I think you should tell Lexa. She would be more than willing to help you, or get you help." The Forbes explained.

Sienna blinked in surprise, "What do you mean, get me help?" She asked, not following. Caroline sucked in a breath before she confessed, "I think you should see a therapist, Cece. This is some heavy stuff."

Alexia, Elena and Bonnie sat on Elena's bed, chatting to eachother. Whilst Lexa was on her phone, trying to get in contact with her girlfriend, Elena looked at the moonstone. "Now that you've got this back, what are you gonna do with it?" She asked.

Bonnie answered, "Right now, it's what is binding the Sun and the Moon Curse. If I can figure out a way to remove the spell from the stone, the stone becomes useless." She said. Alexia faced Bonnie now, "Pass it here." She said, before Lexa caught the stone. "What if I can siphon it?"

Elena eyed the witches, "According to Katherine, Klaus becomes vengeful." She said to them. "Maybe. If he finds out." Bonnie stated. "Bonnie, can't this wait? Stefan is stuck in the tomb with Katherine. We've got to get him out."

"Stefan wants me to focus on this." Bonnie insisted, facing Elena. "Don't listen to him. He thinks that he's protecting me, but he's wrong." The doppelgänger huffed. "Yeah... Elena.. we're taking Stefan's side with this one. We're not gonna let you get used in some creepy sacrifice ritual." Lexa declared, as Elena frowned before Bonnie took the stone from Elena's hand.

"What are you guys arguing about?" The trio looked up, to see Jeremy standing in the doorway. "We're not arguing about anything." Bonnie declared, before she put the stone in her bag.

"I need a coffee." Lexa announced before she got to her feet, and offered Bonnie a hand up off the bed. Bonnie took it, before standing up.

As Lexa and Bonnie made coffee in the kitchen, Jeremy kept an eye on Elena, noticing her grab the moonstone. She rushed downstairs, only to be stopped by her twin.

"Where are you going, Lena?" Lexa asked, raising an eyebrow. "Um, to see Stefan." Elena quickly replied. "You're lying." Bonnie said, standing behind Elena now. "No, I'm not."

"She took the moonstone." Jeremy piped up as Elena looked confused, "How did you-"

"We tested you, and you failed." Lexa said, crossing her arms. Elena glared at her twin, "Klaus killed Katherine's entire family just because she crossed him. I can't let that happen." She declared. The siphoner stepped aside to let Elena exit the house, but the girl was mildy confused as she opened the door to leave, only for an invisible barrier to prevent her. She was trapped.

"What did you do?" Elena asked the witches angrily. "It's for the best, Elena." Bonnie replied, as Lexa and Jeremy stood beside her, and they watched as Elena continued to try to break the barrier, to no avail.

As Sienna helped Tyler is prepared the chains. Caroline said, "Tell me you brought the instruction manual." Sienna just grinned, "I am the instruction manual." She replied.

"Tell me you brought the wolfsbane." Tyler said to the vampire, who nodded. "Yes. Not an easy herb to find. This is it." Caroline gave Tyler the wolfsbane, and he touched it. His skin burnt, and he yelped and drew in his breath. "I told you not to touch it." Sienna huffed.

"Hey Tyler, how are you doing?" Caroline asked, after Tyler had been silent for a while. "Still human." He responded, before he took off his shirt and turned away.

"Oh my god, you're not gonna get naked, are you?" Caroline asked, before she looked to Sienna who unzipped her jacket, revealing a crop top underneath. "It's elastic. What should I wear? I don't think it's like The Hulk, where I get to keep my pants." Tyler replied as Sienna sighed. "Unfortunately it's not. I've just gotten into a habit of storing clothes in little hidey holes on this property." Sienna explained.

A bright full moon could be seen in the sky. Tyler was shirtless, and he had chains wrapped around each wrist and ankle, as well as a chain looped around his neck, all attached to the walls of the underground cave. "There, you shouldn't go too far." Sienna said. "Will you need chains?" Caroline asked Sienna. The Lockwood shook her head, "I'm pretty in tune with my wolf self, I have a lot of control." She explained.

"Like the time you rescued me." A voice piped up, belonging to Lexa as she entered the cellar. "Lexa." Caroline chirped, excited to see her best friend.

"Hey doll." Sienna smiled, as Lexa smiled back. "Hey Cece.." Lexa trailed off, looking like she wanted to get something off of her chest. Sienna could sense it. "I need to talk to you, but can we do it tomorrow? Right now, Tyler needs me." Sienna asked softly, as Lexa nodded. "Of course."

"What time is it?" Tyler asked. "Almost eight. What time does the moon crest or whatever?" Caroline answered before she asked a question back. "Not for a while, though the first transformation can happen before the moon hits its apex." Sienna replied.

The Lockwood's were writhing in pain, as Tyler tried to remove the chains. "Hey, hey, just breathe Ty." Sienna insisted, but Tyler looked up at her like she was insane. "What do you think I'm doing? Suffocating myself?" He suddenly snapped, in pain. Sienna grit her teeth, "I'm trying to help you, idiot. The more you fight the pain, the longer this whole process is going to take." She tried to explain.

Tyler screamed, his bones breaking now. Sienna went to approach him, but fell to the ground as her leg bent unnaturally. She grit her teeth, trying not to think of the pain.

Sienna looked to Lexa, "Can you please take Caroline now?" She asked, as the whole reason she'd called her girlfriend over was so Caroline could be rid of before the Lockwoods transitioned... before they could possibly hurt her. Lexa nodded, reaching forward to siphon magic from Caroline, prepared for the girl to refuse.

"I'm not leaving." Caroline insisted. "I thought you'd say that." The Gilbert said, using her magic to put Caroline to sleep. As the Forbes went to fall to the ground, Alexia reached forward and caught her, before she turned to face Sienna. She hadn't seen her girlfriend transition before, she had never realised just how painful it looked.

"Babe? Is there anything I can do?" Lexa asked, worriedly, as she carried Caroline in her arms. Sienna shook her head, "Keep Caroline safe." She insisted. "Okay." Lexa responded.

The siphoner turned to leave, but froze for a moment as she heard Sienna call out, "I love you." Alexia looked back, a small smile on her lips, "I love you too."

Leaving the Lockwood mansion the next morning, Sienna had a lot on her mind. Last night had been the most painful transition of her life, not only physically but mentally.

The Lockwood girl not only was transitioning herself, but helping her cousin.. not to mention that being a guardian, she had constantly felt that Tyler was in pain... and there was nothing she could do about it. She'd never felt so hopeless.

Sienna walked along a path heading to the town centre of Mystic falls, fidgeting with her hands as she walked. She had desperately needed a distraction during her transition, and it seemed that the trauma she'd opened up to Caroline about was one of the few things that unfortunately came to mind to distract her. She'd thought of pain, to deflect another kind of pain.

Sienna Lockwood was a girl with a lot of trauma, and all of it seemed to have come back to her, over the previous night. Years and years of awful and absurd repressed memories, had flooded back to her and the truth was.. that she was far from okay.

Reaching Caroline's house, she bit her lip, nerves filling her. She was a mess. She needed help. The Lockwood had acknowledged that, and she was going to look into therapy.

But the last thing she wanted to do, was bring Lexa down with her. Sienna loved Alexia, more than she ever thought she could love anybody.. but she knew she was now in no state for a relationship. Not currently.

Sienna needed to focus purely on herself and getting through all of this repressed trauma she had pushed down, before she drowned in it. Currently, it all felt overwhelming.. daunting.

What she didn't know, is that Lexa had been in a similar position before. The Gilbert had been completely miserable and depressed after her parents had died. During this time, she'd also broken up with Vicki and had been trying to stay clean whilst suffering from withdrawal.

Alexia had been seeing a guy at the boarding school. They had a casual relationship, that seemed more like they were friends with benefits, but as Lexa was spiralling mentally she realised she needed to focus purely on herself, and overcoming her trauma... so she felt the need to end the relationship they had.

Sienna reached out and knocked on the door. She shuffled her feet, as she waited nervously. The door opened, and Caroline answered it. "Cece! Hey! Are you-" The Forbes didn't get the question out, as Sienna shook her head, silencing her.

It was then that Caroline noticed just how broken the Lockwood looked. Her eyes were red and puffy, from crying. Her face had paled over. She had dark circles under her eyes.

"I need to talk to Lexa, now." Sienna insisted. Caroline nodded, before she turned around and dashed off to get Alexia.

The Gilbert poked her head out of the door, her face lighting up when she saw Sienna. "Hey Cece." She chirped, before she realised how upset Sienna looked.

"Hey.. are you okay babe?" Lexa asked, taking a step towards the Lockwood as she closed the door behind her. Sienna opened her mouth to speak, but it seemed like the words were just struggling to come out. Lexa raised her hand, to cup Sienna's cheek gently, "You know you can talk to me about absolutely anything, right?" She asked.

Sienna nodded weakly, before she finally choked out, "I think we need to break up."
