❝ i've been 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 to 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 ❞

THE SUN BEAMED down against her, sending heat flooding her skin, as she took careful steps down the airplanes stairs, following her mom, with her brother not far behind her. She wore a hearty grin as she watched her mom shrug her shoulders with a happy sigh. "It had been too long since we've last been here, hasn't it." Lilah questioned, looking back up at her children, who nodded in answer, as they stepped down to the ground, following their mother inside of the airport.

Picking up their luggage was a short and boring affair, but what peaked her interest the the sight of a burly, all serious and suited man, holding up a sign, which simply said the word, 'ROCKWELL' on it, in matte black. The trio quickly approached the man, who placed the sign at his side and began, silently, walking to the main exit, the three quickly following.

Delaney's eyes almost bulged out of her head at the sight of the long black vehicle that they were approaching. "What the fuck." She heard Ryder mutter, before watching as the boy sped walked to the car, looking it over in awe.

"Well, this is quite a grand entrance." Lilah said, watching as the man opened the car door.

Setting their luggage on the sidewalk, the three stepped inside, Ryder, almost immediately beginning to snoop around, rummaging through random compartments.

"What are you doing?" Del asked, buckling her seatbelt and taking notice of her brother.

"I- uh-" Ryder stuttered, looking back at her, hands slowing coming out of a newly opened compartment. Ryder sighed, looking between his sisters and mother's confused faces, "I was looking for candy." Ryder answered, plopping down on the nearest seat.

Delaney let out a chuckle, eyebrows raising in amusement, "What?"

"I thought there would be candy, you know like in Descendants."

Del's mouth opened in a, amused, revelation. "You're such a child." She breathed out, earning a look from her mom. "What, it's true."

THE POGUES HAD been waiting outside the house, in the Twinkie, since late morning, waiting in the front row, just to see the new family of kooks arrive. And with the way the sun had been burning down on them, John B had half a mind to turn the van around and try and catch them tomorrow. But as they watched a limousine cruise on past them, all thoughts of the idea faded away.

"What the fuck?"

"Was that a limousine?"

The whole group began to clamor, watching as the large gates opened for the long vehicle.

"That's them?" John B questioned.

"That's them" Kiara nodded.

"Alright. Roll out." JJ said, opening the car door, and rolling out it to the ground, as if he ware on an undercover mission, while the rest of the Pogues calmly got out, watching him roll on the ground towards the house.

"Who's gonna stop him?" Pope asked, looking between the two that stood next to him.

"How about none of us?" Kiara settled, earning a choir of, 'alright's and 'yep's.

JJ stumbled to a stop, hitting the edge of the sidewalk, looking back at them, as he got in the a crouched position, one hand holding a finger to his mouth, the other waving at them to come closer, to which the group obliged, simply walking over.

"It's not that serious, you know." Kiara said, walking past the blonde, making her way over to the wall, shielding the mansions front lawn, Pope and John B following.

"Yep," JJ stood up straight, beginning to join the rest of them, "I know."

The four stood on their highest tiptoes, looking over the short wall, watching as multiple car doors opened, allowing a tall, well-built man to step out the driver seat, and a short, raven haired woman to step out the back, two other kids following after the woman.

The group had tried to get a better look at their faces, but they all stood frozen when they heard a squeal come from inside the house.

"Delaney!" Sarah Cameron yelled, stepping onto the front porch. Sarah Cameron had been the first ever friend Delaney Rockwell had made when she first came here. And ever since 5 years old, they had been long distance, but that was changing now.

"What the hell are they doing here?" Pope questioned, watching as Sarah hugged the girl who was said to be 'Delaney'

"Welcoming them into the neighborhood." Kiara guessed, "They did that when me and my family first moved to figure 8."

"Well shit." JJ sighed.

"Lilah." Rose Cameron greeted, stepping out of the house as well, Ward Cameron following.

"Ahh." Lilah said, moving forward to the other woman. "It has been too long."

"And now you're back. And here to stay." Rose exclaimed, hugging her. "We came by to welcome you into the neighborhood, we also did a bit of house cleaning. Rafe and Wheezie are still inside, finishing up the kitchen." Delaney perked up at the mention of Rafe's name, causing Sarah to raise her brow at her. "Ooh, we made some cookies." Rose said, making her way back up the porch stairs.

"Cookies?" Ryder questioned, head poking up from his phone.

"Inside, on the dinner table." Rose directed, which caused Ryder to take off upstairs and into the house.

Lilah shook her head with a smile playing at her lips. "You know that boy, in love with his sweets." She said, joining Rose and Ward in going inside.

"Come on," Sarah called, moving towards the porch. "Ryder's gonna eat all the cookies." She walked inside as well.

Delaney let out a happy sigh, taking a quick glance around the estate. The sight of her head turning towards them, causing the Pogues to quickly duck down, and once they looked back up, the girl was disappearing through the door.
