( THE JENNA THING )
( season one, episode two )

After Alison's funeral, the five friends plus little Everly who was picked up on the way decided to go to the Apple Rose Grille and have dinner together.

"Why was Jenna there?" Aria asked worried, as far she and the other girls knew, Jenna Marshall hated Alison and the girls, so her being at the funeral made no sense.

"I guess she's back" Spencer replied playing with her straw.

"The cop acted like we were suspects or something" Hanna said annoyed.

"That's cause we are, Hanna" Sabrina said, "We were the last ones to see Alison alive".

"Do you think we looked guilty?" Emily asked worried.

"Why would we be?" Aria asked, "We haven't done anything wrong".

"Except lie about the Jenna thing" Hanna replied.

"We promised we'd never bring up the Jenna thing again remember?" Spencer reminds.

"And that was the stupidest fucking promise we ever made" Sabrina snapped as she moved a little trying not to bother the baby eating.

"I still wake up sometimes in the middle of the night" Aria admitted.

"Aria, Sabrina, it was an accident' Spencer said, as Hanna poured the alcohol from her flask into her glass.

"It's medicinal" Hanna told the old man, who was looking at her with a suspicious look on his face, clearly not believing her excuse "Cramps" she snapped.

"Can you not drink in front of the baby?" Sabrina asked Hanna as the startled man turned away.

"Please the kid's in a milk coma right now" Hanna shrugged taking a sip of the now alcoholic drink.

"I don't get it" Emily said going back to the topic at hand, "How does A know something about me that only Alison knew?"

"How does A know something about me that even Alison didn't know?" Sabrina retorted. "I'm only you few people Everly's father is and no one here knew I was pregnant"

"God knows Bri" Aria revlied, "And Em, Ali knew all of our secrets, but, we never knew any of hers".

"I knew some" Spencer and Sabrina responds.

"Go on" Aria told her cousin and the
Hastings girl.

"Talk" Hanna demanded.

"We can't '" Spencer said.

"I'm not a dog" Sabrina glares making the girls feel goosebumps up their back.

"Spence, no, you two are not gonna drop a bomb like that, and just clam up" Aria snapped.

"She'd so kill me and Bri if we told you" Spencer protested.

"She's dead" Hanna retorted, making Emily sigh.

"That summer Alison disappeared, she was seeing some older guy" Spencer finally announced.

"There were two guys she was hooking up with one when we went to camp may and one here" Sabrina added softly bouncing the squirming baby.

"I knew she was keening something from me.. From us" Emily quickly corrected.

"Well, why didn't she want us to know?" Aria asked confused.

"Because the older boy had a girlfriend" Spencer replied.

"And I don't know much about the dude from camp may" Sabrina shrugged "I wasn't really with Ali much at camp may"

"Who were they?" Emily asked curiously as Aria throws her cousin a look, which she nods at.

"She never told me their names" Sabrina shrugging moving Everly to her stroller, and Spencer nods.

"Okay, that's only half the secret" Hanna said annoyed. "How do you know about the other guy?"

"I went to Camp May with them, remember?" Sabrina responded fixing her dress.

"It's more than you ever got from her" Spencer retorted.

"How was that Ali told us nothing and we told her everything?" Aria asked.

"Because she made us feel like we were part of something special" Emily replied.

"We were" Hanna said, a small smile on her face.

"I miss that, I miss us" Sabrina admitted.

"Me too" Spencer whispered, giving
Sabrina a small smile.

"I miss Ali" Emily admitted, playing with her bracelet, a bracelet Alison had given her and the other girls as friendship token.

"I can't believe you still wear that" Hanna said, looking at Emily's bracelet.

"Ali still wears hers" Emily said, "Wore."

"I wore that for a few months, but then it just started being a painful during my pregnancy " Sabrina admitted, "So I stashed it away in a box"

"When Ali didn't come home that night, I knew something terrible must have happened" Spencer said, "But there was always some part of me that imagined someday she'd just show up"

"Yeah, I used to think that maybe she'd just, run off with some guy" Aria said.

"Or she was enjoying life at a private island" Hanna added.

"Or getting a tan out by the pool with that hot lifeguard" Sabrina said.

"Ohh, yeah, what was his name?" Aria asked.

"Who cares? Save me!" Sabrina mocked, making the other girls laugh.

All five girls stopped laughing, when the door opened and Jenna walked into the Grille, not wanting to be near her, the five girls quickly payed for their food, and after grabbing their bags, and the stroller walked out the Grille and towards their respective houses.

"I had to look twice to make sure that was Hanna" Ella told her daughter and niece.

"Right?" Aria asked.

"She's definitely changed" Sabrina said, pouring herself some Juice since she is breast feeding she can't have coffee since that's what the doctors said, we'll screw them bitches.

"That was some funeral dress" Ella said, 'I'll tell you one thing, her mother didn't get that from Curvy Girl".

"Who shops at Curvy Girl?" Byron asked, walking into the dinning room.

"No one, anymore" Ella replied, "Do you not have time for breakfast?"

"Uh, no, I'm probably gonna be late tonight too" Byron replied, making both Aria frown and Sabrina just ignores him and continues eating.

"Late nights already?" Ella asked, "Oh, we just got here".

"Yeah, dad" Aria said, feeling suspicious of her father, "What's with the late nights on day one?"

"I've been gone for a year, Aria " Byron replied, pouring himself some coffee, "Playing catch-up, faculty meetings, changing my curriculum, demanding students".

"Well maybe your family's demands should come first" Aria snapped.

"Aria, let's an we're going to be late" Sabrina responded as she grabs her backpack and Everly no longer wanting to be in her uncle's presence, "Bye, Aunt El".

"Love you" Aria told Ella, following her cousin out the door.

"What was that about?" Ella asked her husband, after her daughter and niece left. "You guys were getting along so well when we were away, I don't get it".

"Well, you know, they are teenage girls, Ella" Byron lied, grabbing his bag, "They are all moody and unpredictable especially the teen mom who dated a man older than her"

Sabrina was at standing at her locker talking with her old band mates when the announcement system.

"Will the following students please come to the office, Emily Fields, Aria Montgomery, Sabrina Diaz, Spencer Hastings, Hanna Marin".

The five girls looked at each other in confusion, all wondering what they did this time.

Suddenly, Aria's phone started ringing, indicating that she had a new text message.

"Wait" Aria told the rest of the girls, "It's from A" she informed.

"What does it say?" Sabrina asked.

"Dead girls walking" Hanna read over Aria's shoulder, causing the girls to look at each other in worry.

The five best friends sat on the Principle's couch, while Detective Darren Wilden asked them questions about the night Alison disappeared.

"So let's see" Wilden started, he pointed at Spencer, "You thought you heard her scream"

"I said that, yeah" Spencer agreed.

"And when you four woke up in the barn, Alison was gone, and so was Spencer?" Wilden asked the other girls.

"Yes, I woke up before them, and I realised that Ali was missing so I-".

"So you went looking for her" Wilden interrupted Spencer.

"That's what happened" Spencer nodded,.

"I got that" Wilden said, nodding his head, "So what's up? Was this a slumber party, Or-_"

"What do you think it was an orgy?" Sabrina asked watching the detectives eyes turn dark a little. "I'm sorry to disappoint you but that only happens in-."

"Is this an interrogation?" Spencer interrupted while Aria cover her cousin mouth.

"No, just a routine follow-up" Wilden assured.

"Did you just lick my hand?" Aria exclaimed, moving her hand away from the older girl's mouth.

"So, why did you guys all fall asleep?" Wilden replied, getting back to the topic as Sabrina stares at him blankly, something about Wilden is very familiar she just couldn't put her finger on it.

"I guess we were tired" Aria replied.

"Tired? Really?" Wilden asked, he glanced at a worried Emily.

"Yeah we tired ourselves out from jumping around in our underwear doing pillow fights and singing Justin Bieber songs" Sabrina sarcastically replies. "It was late dumbass of course we're tired"

"Is that how you remember it, Hanna?". Wilder asked ignoring the Diaz Girl.

Hanna nodded, "Yeah"

"Yeah, you guys were tired" Wilden said, clearly not believing any of the girls.

"Look, we've told you everything that we know" Spencer said, "Just like we did the night she went missing".

"I know, I know, and you see the thing is, it's almost exactly what you said last year"

Wilden said, "Almost like it was rehearsed"

"Or it's the truth" Sabrina said before adding" if it wasn't the report wouldn't be the same I mean have you seen criminal minds. Who cares if it not a real show I mean the character may not be real by serial killers exist, like we've got Jack the Ripper, Jeffrey dahmar, Ted Bundy and-"

"Like Spencer said, we've told you everything we know" Aria cuts her off stopping her obsession of a tv show before she starts on why Morgan and Garcia should get married and why Spencer Reid is the best character.

After Wilden's questions, the five girls sat in the cafeteria together.

"He knows we're lying" Aria said.

"Lying is not a crime" Hanna said.

"It is when you're giving false statements to the police" Spencer said.

"Which is called obstruction of justice" Sabrina added giving her knowledge of this giving the fact she watches to much crime shows.

"Exactly" Spencer said, giving the Diaz girl a nod, glad to have someone who somewhat speaks her language.

"Oh, please!" Hanna said, "We lied about drinking but the truth that matters is we don't know anything about what happened to Ali that night".

"We also know about someone who might have wanted to hurt her" Spencer reminded.

"Spence, as if the police are gonna believe us if we told them a blind girl might have wanted Ali dead" Sabrina said.

"We should have told the police the truth about Jenna's accident, the night it happened" Emily said.

"Bri and I wanted to remember?" Hanna said as Sabrina nods pointing towards her.

"Look, we had a chance to do more than just tell the truth" Aria said, "We had a chance to stop Ali".

"But we didn't " Spencer said, "And telling the police now about what happened to Jenna isn't going to make her see again".

"She's right it'll just ruin our lives" Sabrina said as the tapping of a cane fills their ears.

"Oh, my god, she's back in school too?" Hanna said looking over Sabrina shoulder and saw Jenna entering the cafeteria,

"Aria, don't!" Sabrina whisper yelled, after seeing her cousin stand up, knowing what she was about to do, but it was too late as Aria had already walked over to Jenna.

"Jenna?" Aria called out, making Sabrina face palm, "Hey, it's Aria, do you wanna come sit with us?"

"Sure" Jenna replied.

"This girl has lost her mind" Sabrina whispered, taking a huge bite of her apple.

"Okay" Aria said, grabbing Jenna's lunch tray.

"Thank you" Jenna said, putting her hand on Aria's shoulder, and letting the Montgomery lead her towards the table.

"So you're gonna be between Hanna and Emily, and Spencer and Sabrina are right across from you" Aria informed.

"Thank you" Jenna said, as Aria placed her lunch on the table.

"Yeah, and here's a chair" Aria said, grabbing a chair for Jenna to sit on.

"So, this would be Alison's chair, right?" Jenna asked, sitting down.

"No, we're not even sitting at that table" Emily replied.

"You know, she came to visit me in the hospital after the accident" Jenna informed,shocking the girls.

"Alison did?" Spencer asked, not sure if Jenna was being truthful or not.

"Mm-hmm" Jenna replied, "Everyone misunderstood Alison, but I knew exactly who she was".

"When did you get back, Jenna?" Spencer asked, really suspicious of the girl sitting infront of her, "We heard that you were in Philadelphia, a school for the, visually impaired".

"You can say blind, Spencer, it's okay" Jenna assured, opening the bottle of orange juice, "It's not a dirty word", Jenna took a sip of her drink, while the girls tried not to show how guilty they all felt, "Wow, it's so quiet, you guys used to be the fun table, what happened to you girls?".

"I can think of many things" Sabrina whispered remembering the night that caused Jenna to go blind.

The six best friends were in Emily's room, trying on clothes and dancing around listening to songs on the radio as Alison looked at herself in the mirror and tried on a top, when suddenly her eyes landed on the window,

"I see you" Alison yelled, walking over to the window, as a confused Sabrina  turned the music off, "Oh, my god! I can't believe it!"

"Who was it, Ali, what did you see?" Emily asked.

"He was in that tree spying on us!" Alison yelled, "I am so creeped out!".

"Who was it?" Spencer asked confused.

"It was the perv, Toby Cavanaugh" Alison replied.

"Ali, are you sure it was him?" Sabrina asked.

"Yes, I'm sure!" Alison snapped, "He was right there! I bet he saw us all naked".

"First off don't snap at me I was asking a question?" Sabrina snapped back.

"Should we tell someone?" Aria asked

"I mean, we could" Alison replied, a smirk forming on her face, "But I have a better idea"

"This is a horrible idea!" Sabrina whisper yelled, as the six friends slowly walked over to the Cavanaugh garage. "lo ha perdido en serio y vamos a ir a la cárcel porque podemos hacer algo responsable y decirle a un adulto"
(You have seriously lost it and we are gonna go to jail because we can do something responsible and tell an adult)

"Stop speaking Spanish I can't understand what your saying"Alison snaps causing Sabrina to shrug.

"Are we sure he's not in there?" Aria asked, equally as worried as her cousin.

"He's not, okay?" Alison replied, a stink bomb in her hand, "You've got the lighter, right, Spencer?"

Emily grabbed Alison's arm, "Let's wait a second" she said.

"What, Emily?" Alison snapped.

"I don't wanna do this" Emily replied.

"Me neither" Sabrina said.

"Fine, you two can go back" Alison said, "But you guys are on your own"

"Okay, maybe, Emily and Bri are right' Aria said, "We should just call the cops, they'll take him in. they'll take care of it".

"Where's the fun in that?" Alison ask "Girls, Toby Cavanaugh is a freak, and we need to teach him a lesson, if he thinks he can come and spy on us, while we're in your bedroom, Emily, he needs to know that his little domain, is no longer a safe little hideout, I mean, who knows what he does in there all day that little freak"

"Are you sure that it was Toby?" Spencer asked.

"Yes!" Alison snapped, "And it's a stink bomb, for God's sake! We're not nuking the place, now, let's do it", Alison walked over to the garage door and turned to Spencer, "Give me the lighter".

Spencer sighed, she took the lighter out of her pocket and handed it to Alison, who lit the stink bomb, she opened the garage door and threw the stink bomb in.

"Let's get out of here" Alison said, after closing the door, "Run"

Just as the girls were running away, they heard a blast, turning around they saw the Cavanaugh's garage on fire.

"Ali, what did you do?!" Spencer asked.

"We have to get out of here" Hanna said.

"Come on, let's go" Emily said, as the six girls started running again.

Sabrina was brought out of the past when all their phones started ringing, the girls didn't have to check to know how it was from.

Jenna grabbed Spencer's phone and handed it over to her, "Aren't you gonna get that?" she asked.

Spencer grabbed her phone from Jenna, while the other girls read the texts they just got.

"I've gonna call Jane" Sabrina says standing up before storming out the cafeteria.

"Okay, people, let's take our seats" Ezra Fitz said, as Sabrina, Emily, Hanna and Spencer entered the class and took their respective seats.

"Am I late?" Mona asked, entering the class.

"It's Mona, right?" Ezra asked.

"That's right, Mr. Fritz" Mona replied, making everyone laugh, "What?".

"Take your seat, Mona, please" Ezra chuckled, he then started handing out papers to the class, "If the mockingbird represents the idea of innocence, what characters are innocent? Take a second, jot down your ideas, we'll discuss".

Sabrina looked at her cousin in confusion, last she remembered was Aria deciding to transfer out of this.

"Declined" Aria mouthed, as she sat next to her cousin who nods her head.

After school, Sabrina, Everly and Aria entered the Grille to grab dinner for their family, when Spencer walked over to them, she was at the Grille with her father, Peter Hastings, her older sister Melissa Hastings, and Melissa's new fiance, Wren Kingston.

"Hey, Spence" Sabrina greeted, seeing the Hastings girl approach. "I'm gonna go say hi to Melissa." Before walking away.

"Hey guys" Sabrina says as she walks towards the two Hastings and Wren,

"Oh god Sabrina how are you?" Peter asked the young girl placing his hand on her arm.

"I'm doing well how about you" Sabrina replied before looking at Melissa "Hey Mel"

"Bri" Melissa said as before she see the stroller "Oh my god is this her"

"Yes this is Everly" Sabrina response turning the stroller to grab the baby.

"She is so beautiful" Melissa says after grabbing the little girl before looking at a confused Wren "Isn't she the cutest?"

"Sure is" Wren replies confused on who these people where.

"Oh! Wren this Sabrina Diaz her brother and I where best friends in high school" Melissa said before looking at Sabrina "Has he called?"

"Nice to meet you" Sabrina said before adding as Peter looks at Everly very close paling seeing a resemblance to a certain person "um no the last time I heard from him was seven months ago"

Spencer returned to the table grabs Everly from Melissa before Aria name was called "I'll see you guys later"

They all say there good bye's before Sabrina grabs Everly and walks away follow her cousin out.

"Dad?" Spencer questioned look at her father who was watching Everly.

"Yes?" Peter turned towards his daughters who were looking at him in worry.

"You okay?, You're a little pale" Melissa asked her father.

"Yes, I'm fine" Peter laughed ignoring Spencer who stares at her father before turning towards Everly confused.

Sabrina says in her bedroom watching criminal minds as Everly slept on her chest. Ella and Aria went to the movies while Mike was at a friends.

Sabrina didn't really care to know where Byron is. Sabrina phone rings when Aaron was kicking Spencer's ass after a LDSK holds them hostage in the hospital.

My mother just asked Ezra to sit next to us

Sabrina
Be careful don't give him the look

Sabrina puts her phone down and stands getting ready to put Eve in her bed when her phone in buzzes again. Sabrina looks at the caller ID before Freezing.

Jason is calling........

Just as the phone ring ends her phone bings again with a messages.

What look?

Sabrina
Like you wanna just his bones but never mind that guess who just called me

Sabrina stands in front of the music store she works at locking it sure she could ask Byron and Ella for the money but she feels bad doing that since they took her in a year ago after her parents died and her brother Derek left the girl for the love of drugs more.

Sabrina sign as she heads towards her car. Stopping once she saw Jason standing causing the Diaz girl to jump in fright letting out a squeal. Jason raised at eye brow at the girl before laughing.

"Sorry didn't mean to scare you" Jason said still laughing,

"It's fine" Sabrina said rolling her eyes "I gotta go"

"Do you regret it is that why you walk away every time I tried to talk to you"

"Regret what? Sabrina asked confused.

"Us" Jason replied.

"No, but it can't happen again" Sabrina said.

"Why not?" Jason asked.

"Because you're my best friends older brother and illegal" Sabrina says starting to walk to her car.

"You didn't seem to care when you were riding me in my car that night." Jason says grabbing the girls arm.

"if Ali finds out-."

"She's not going to find out" Jason said pushing the girls hair behind her ear. "It can be our little secret"

Sabrina looks in Jason's eyes before muttering "fuck it" pulling him into a heated kiss.

Jason pulls away from the kiss pulling the girl towards her car telling her to get in before they drive somewhere secluded area and pulls the girl into his lap.

It was five minutes of kissing and both of them losing clothes before Jason asked "are you sure?"

Sabrina just nods pulling him into a kiss before she feels him at her entrance Jason slowly sinks in to her. Sabrina waits for the pain to fade before she rocks her hips

This was the start of there relationship.

Sabrina is brought out the flashback by a bing Sabrina reads the contact before freezing.
