Why does my head hurt so much ?
Where am I ? God ! My head groaning I get up to find myself in all the familiar room tucked neatly in my bed . But , how did I reach here ? May be Anu brought me ..... But why don't I remember anything ?  Uff....

Turning my head I see a glass of lime juice and crosin tablets . Without thinking further , I gulp down the juice and the tablet .

Anu you're a life saviour . But .....

Thanks for the juice and tablets I say cutting her off .

Okay okay , girly get ready . I'm coming to your house in an hour .

Well , thanks for the invite I say sarcastically .

Oh why ? I can only imagine her Rolling her eyes at my words .

Fine , see you @ hour I tell her . I pick up the glass to put it into sink . It is then I notice a letter ......

You need to still explain .....
Take the crosin tablets it will help your hangover . Till then miss me ....

I try hard remembering bit I don't remember anything ......

Arey daadi's baadam 's ( almond ) got wasted because I don't remember anything . From my childhood daadi made it a habit for me to eat two soaked almonds at morning to improve my memory power .

I quickly take bath and think hard to remember .....
I hear a message notification and so I fish out my phone to see a message from none other than my concern of thinking from morning - Arjun's message

Get ready , I'll pick you @ 7 .

Why ? Does he also like me ? But he didn't say anything yesterday ....
Did he say something yesterday when I was drunk ? Never am I getting drunk again ........

Is it a date Mr.Shergill ? I type back and wait for his reply .
Yes , was his simple reply .

God , it's going to be my first date . What should I wear ? How do I dress up , makeup ? WhaT do they do on their first date ? God ! Looks like my head's going to burst .......

It is then , I hear my door bell ringing . Looks like Anu is here may be I could ask her . Though she's a tomboy , she knows about all these stuff .

What took you so long to open the door ? She questions as soon as I open the door .

She doesn't wait for me to reply and enters the house pushing me aside . Making herself comfortable on my sofa .

So , tell me about yesterday .....

I don't remember anything after drinking shots Anu , I myself wanted to know . So tell me .....

Girly , you missed the time of your life if you don't remember yesterday's events . She trails off .

Well , I wasn't with you for a long time but bhai was very angry to see you drunk . Since you couldn't walk he carried you in his arms ......

Anyways here , I brought a dress for your date ..... I raise my eyebrow and she sighs . Well , bhai brought it and I'm just delivering it to you .

The dress is really pretty . It is a floral  frock made of printed satin . It's beautiful i whisper trying the dress out as per Anu's instructions .

Woah ! You really can increase the room temperature huh 😏 ....

Shut up ! I tell her seriously but somehow that stupid blush makes it's way on my face .....

Door bell Rings again , I open the door to see bhabhi standing there with some bags in her hand and grinning at me .

Bhabhi , I hug her tightly showing how much I missed her .... Well , chutki yoU look so pretty , she tells me hugging me back .

Anu , how are you my bestie ? I hear bhabhi question Anu . They both hug each other and bhabhi takes out the snacks she brought for us from her bag . We start gossipping about everything when I notice a Hickey on bhabhi 's neck . I show it to Anu and she smirks wickedly .....

Bhabhi you changed your mangalsutra . I ask , though I know it .
I wonder why Anu butts in ....

What why ? It hurts Gautham with its sharp edges while he kisses me . So , he brought me this mangalsutra .

Bhai's so caring na bhabhi ... I ask her.

Yes , he's so demanding and arrogant yet I love him she blurts out without thinking .

Ohho ..... Anu and I hoot whistle . Bhabhi realises what she said  and starts blushing like a teenage girl buT later glares at us making us stop hooting .

Chutki , I want you to get ready before Arjun is here .

Soon , Bhabhi and Anu do my hair and makeup . I look really pretty but I'm damn nervous .....

Soon it's 7 and exactly at 7 I hear the door bell ring . Bhabhi opens it while I'm taking deep breaths to calm my nervousness . It's the first time , I'm going out with Arjun ......

I go out to find Bhabhi interrogating Arjun and in her strict voice told him that I want my sister in law back before 12 . Should I give you any more warnings she questions me playfully . I shook my head in no and everyone burst out in laughter . I caught my handsome date also smiling . Though I'm embarrassed I'm happy to see him smile .

" You do know That you're younger than me right , Anjali " Arjun questions in a teasing way .

He looks so young in his playful mode .....

Yeah ! But I'm elder to you in relation Mr.Shergill . Take care of her and enjoy ...... Saying this bhabhi pushes us out while Arjun just laughs .....
