Sorry to make you wait for long. I just have too much on my plate, so I'm slow with writing this fic. Next update won't be anytime soon, but be assured, I'll complete this no matter what.Lot of fun stuff is waiting. I just need more time to write.

I didn't have time to proofread this. So, apologies for any mistakes.

Hoseok watched with an amused smile as his dear wife pranced into their luxurious apartment with a bounce on her steps. Their home in one of the high-rise residential complexes was worth billions and had a great view. In fact, their apartment occupied the entire twenty-fifth floor.

This was the first time he witnessed this side of Jeoni so it did catch him off guard. He expected her to be rich, but this...this was whole another level because only A-listers lived in this community.

The apartment opened to a spacious living room with an open concept kitchen to one side with a medium-sized dining table. The space was warm, cozy, and well lived in. A huge u-shaped couch occupied the living room space and a 90-inch ultra HD TV was mounted on the wall. Curtains covered the floor-to-ceiling windows. To his left was a hallway that led to many rooms and he also spotted a guest bathroom.

She ditched the shoes in its designated space and handed him a pair of house slippers. She sported a bright smile all the time and hasn't once let go of his hand. Jeoni dragged him by his sleeve to one of the rooms to the left side of the hallway.

"Tae's clothes should fit you," she said as they entered a bedroom with a king-sized bed. "We all have our own room but we don't use it much. Tae and Jimin share this room. Aera and Joonie have their own room, if we don't kick him out that is." She threw a smile over her shoulder. "I'm springing so much on you, aren't I?"

Hoseok shook his head. He'd learned enough about her over the weeks to know they grew up together and were always attached to each other's hip. "It's fine. I want to get to know this side of you."

A pleased smile spread on her lips. "Come." She dragged him further into the room.

The room was once again sophisticated yet welcoming with grey and white undertones. The interior was simple but he could tell they spend a lot of time here. Clothes were strewn over the furniture as if it was left there in a hurry.

"Don't mind the mess. We were in a hurry this morning. Besides it's Porshiya's turn to do laundry. So we didn't bother."

He was surprised to once again. Well, he did see a photo of his wife cleaning their home. "So you don't have anyone else to do these chores?"

"Nope. Dad hired a few when we came here but Aera canceled their services. We are used to doing our chores." She headed to the closet with him following close behind. "We take turns with laundry, cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping..." She shrugged. "Well, I'm excluded from the cooking team along with Joonie Oppa because we are the clumsiest duo."

Ah, so he has heard. "Is this Joonie Aera's husband?" he asked, remembering Aera's warning from earlier about not leaving both his wife and her husband in the same room.

"The one and only." She chuckled as she rummaged the shelves. "The guys will be excited to tell you our adventurous tales and all the embarrassing shit we have done." She grabbed a pair of clothes for him to change into before digging into another shelf that housed sweaters and hoodies, emerging with a sunflower yellow sweater. "Ah, there it is. This is my favorite."

"So you steal their clothes too," he noted.

"All the time." A mischievous smile played on her lips. "Can you blame me? It's hella comfortable." She took his hand again. "I'll show you to my room. You can change there. The bathroom has extra towels and a toothbrush. I'll go shower with Aera, so yeah, I'll meet you back here."

"Okay."

The room had neutral colors with an office set up at one corner. It didn't look like it was lived in, unlike Tae's room. She halted on her way out and looked over her shoulder. "We usually order pizza or chicken on nights like this. Is that okay with you? Do you want anything else?"

"Pizza sounds fine."

"Perfect. I'll be back in thirty."

Hoseok didn't have to wait long. He found everything he needed in the bathroom.

Jeoni was waiting for him on the bed when he waited in the bathroom after a relaxing shower. Her towel-dried hair cascaded around her round face in gentle waves. The sweater was big on her, falling on her knees and covering the shorts she wore underneath.

"Hey." She patted on the spot beside her on the bed. "Come here."

Hoseok went to sit without a word. She climbed on his lap immediately, connecting their lips in a gentle kiss.

"I missed you so much." She rested her forehead against his with a sigh.

He rubbed her back gently. "I missed you too." But there were too many questions in his mind. Too many that he needed answers for. "Are we gonna talk?"

She sighed, pulling back to look at his face, and then shook her head. "I can't tell you everything yet."

"Guessed as much." He hated being left in the dark. His jaw clenched.

She didn't trust him enough to share whatever that had kept her away from him and he didn't like it. He had to remind himself that they hadn't known each other for that long even though the connection they felt was much deeper. And realization dawned that he knew nothing outside of her bubbly personality, likes and dislikes, and her passion for photography. He knew her as a person but not her background or the things that pressurized her on daily basis.

His expression must have given his mood away because she leaned closer to look into his eyes with a pout. "Let's just say we are in a forbidden romance trope," she said cupping the side of his face. "I can't tell you because there's so much going on that you don't know about. But just...just know that whatever happened between us was real."

He sighed in defeat. "Fine. But I don't like it that I'm still in the dark. But I'll trust you."

"That's all I ask." She looked torn as if she was contemplating something. "It's so complicated. I don't even know where to start." She snuggled into his chest with a sigh.

His mind was in turmoil. He was happy, elated even. But there were just so many unanswered questions and nothing made sense. However, he'd take whatever she was ready to give. After all, that was the beauty of love, wasn't it? She was it for him and he was glad the feelings were mutual. And then he could see it was bothering her as well and he didn't like it.

"You can start from the beginning," he suggested.

She hummed but said nothing for a while. They stayed that way until she asked in a small voice, "Can I tell you a story?"

"Yeah," he murmured against her hair.

She took a deep breath, adjusting herself in his arms to rest her head on his shoulder and press her nose into the crook of his neck.

"Long time ago, there lived a promiscuous chaebol who couldn't keep it in his pants no matter what."

Hoseok chuckled at that and felt her lips stretching against his skin.

"So one day this guy stumbled onto a beautiful woman and they fell in love," she continued. "Or that's what the woman thought until she found herself pregnant with his baby. It was when she called him to tell him that she's carrying his child, she learned that the bastard was already married for three years."

Hoseok stiffened slightly despite the lightness in her voice.

"This woman...she came from a rich family you see. Her family was a descendant of a royal clan and her marriage was already arranged with an equally rich royal family. A union with a commoner is forbidden. There was no way her family would accept her if they found this and she was going to elope with him. But he was a bloody cheater." Her tone changed into something bitter.

"What happened?"

"Her caretaker leaked the news to her family. It created a huge commotion. She was betrothed to a prestigious groom and what she did threatened everything her family held dear. Their reputation was at stake. So was their honor. She was the only child, so disowning her wasn't an option. Her father came, gave her a choice to get rid of the baby and move on as nothing happened."

His throat constricted and he realized this wasn't just some random story.

"It was too late. So she stayed back until she birthed the baby. Her father threatened the chaebol to take full responsibility and she signed over the custody to him. Then she left without looking back. A year later, she married the man her family arranged for her and lived happily ever after."

"What about the baby?" he whispered, his hold on her tightened involuntarily.

"She was adopted into a lovely family that cherishes her." She straightened up with a smile. "And she married one of the best men in the universe and she is currently sitting on his lap, demanding kisses."

His eyes burned with tears then and he kissed her. The kiss was gentle yet passionate. When they parted, he brushed her cheeks, wiping of the stray tears.

"I'm sorry."

"Why?" She gave a watery smile. "I'm thankful for everything that happened because it brought me to my family and by extension you."

He couldn't agree more.

"They are very important to me, Hobi." She rested her forehead against his. "My biological father wanted nothing to do with me. So he left me in the care of a legal guardian, Jimin's dad. Papa Park had a son just a month ago and he couldn't just leave me to some nanny so he brought me home. The rest is history."

"So Jimin's dad adopted you?"

She shook her head. "No. He was my legal guardian. So he can't adopt me legally, but he brought me up as his own. But then the chaebol decided it was time to put me up for adoption and Aera's family jumped into action." She smiled as she got up from his lap. "It's a long story. One Aera would never get tired of telling you. Come on, the others must be waiting for us."

Though she acted nonchalantly he could tell how much this was affecting her.

He stood, pulling her again into his embrace. "Thanks for telling me this."

She nodded into his chest. "There's more, but I don't want to leave you in the dark."

"So, you really are the princess, huh?" He laughed.

She leaned back with a smile. "Yeah."

"Damn." His eyes crinkled with laughter as he leaned to peck her lips. "So should I bow?"

"Maybe..." She laughed, a merry sound that filled the space. "But no. That'd make you a princess's consort. So you don't have to bow."

"Wow. I'm married to a princess." He shook his head in disbelief. "Here I was elated to just sit beside the great Min Yoongi and to hold a conversation with him."

She pursed her lips, fighting a smile. "Shush. Don't go bragging. Keep it to yourself for now."

"My lips are sealed." He made a zipping motion with his hand and smiled. They stared at each other and his features relaxed. He cupped her face. "You know it doesn't matter, right?" He leaned to rest their forehead together, one arm encircling her waist. "I don't care about any of this. I only care about you."

"I know."

"Good."

The others were already waiting for them when they arrived. He saw their couch actually was a pull-out bed where they lounged comfortably with lots of pillows and blankets.

"Hey, hyung!" Jungkook waved at him from where he lay. Jimin was beside him and next to him was Aera. He held a faint blush to his cheeks and Hoseok smiled to himself.

"Hey bro-in-law, hop on." Aera patted the empty spot beside her.

Jeoni jumped on the spot, throwing herself over her sister.

"You're so heavy," Aera wheezed, pinching her butt. "Get off, you oaf."

Jeoni slid to the side, letting out a tingle of laughter as Hoseok climbed on the couch, settling beside her. The atmosphere was so relaxed and the food was being passed around with a romantic comedy played on TV.

Jungkook caught his eyes and smiled with a nod. An understanding passed between them. This was all new to them, but something they could get used to. There was just so much contagious joy in the air and he soaked it up.

"I missed you so much." Yoongi nuzzled his cheek, much to his delight.

"We just met a couple of days ago." Taehyung laughed though it made him happy to know his husband missed him even if it was only a few days.

"You know how it is. I'll always miss you." Yoongi stroked his hair. They were lying on the luxurious bed, naked limbs tangled after the lovemaking. "The show was fantastic. You were stunningly gorgeous. I fell in love all over again."

"Aww...you sap." Taehyung giggled.

Yoongi was the only person who could reduce him into a blushing teenager with just a few words. Their love story started even before he had known. Yoongi had fallen in love with him when he was just a teen. The feelings were mutual, but Taehyung hadn't learned of his side until he was in high school.

When Yoongi wouldn't act on his feelings, Taehyung naturally went to Jeoni, who along with the others pulled some damn fucking strings of fate. He still didn't know the entirety of stuff she did behind his back. But only six months later, Yoongi had come to him confessing his undying love for him.

"Just stating the fact. Your designs were mind-blowing as usual." Yoongi's words pulled him out of his thoughts. "Porshiya said you're planning to include Joonie and Aera into your unisex line shoot."

"Yeah. It was Minnie's idea. He suggested that people should get used to the idea of seeing them together so the backlash wouldn't be much when we break the news to the public."

He hummed with a nod. "I wish things were simple."

"Don't beat yourself, hyung. You know I wouldn't change a thing."

His husband sighed. "I know."

They both fell silent for a moment. Though they hoped it'd ease the backlash it was easier said than done. Jimin was doing a lot to keep everything under control. He didn't know what plans he had and he was too afraid to ask for it might ruin the peace of mind he had. He trusted him and he decided he'd just go with whatever he chose to do.

"So, how are you managing them, huh?" Yoongi asked after a moment.

Taehyung scoffed. He was the youngest of them all, but he didn't know when he became the shepherd of those critters. "It's really hard to keep them in line you know, especially your evil sisters. I have to live with this constant fear of what they'll drag home next. Thankfully, they're both caught up with their husbands to create havoc here."

Yoongi chuckled. "It's kinda boring. They're constantly stirring up something and suddenly we have nothing to worry about."

"Boring?" Taehyung huffed this time. Now the Seoul Fashion week was almost over they'd be free until Katy's drama photoshoot started. His mind was already conjuring hundreds of ways they could fuck up. Jimin was going to be in a lot of headaches when that happens. "Just wait until this show is done. They'll show you just how much of a menace they can be. You'll take these words back, hyung."

"Maybe." He shrugged. "It won't change anything, does it?"

"It doesn't," Taehyung admitted. They might be chaotic, messy, and reckless, but that didn't mean he'd change anything about them. They were his best friends, his only family and he loved them dearly.

Porshiya was extremely happy or more like she was content. Jin had surprised her with a home spa that evening followed by a relaxing bath. When they reached his apartment, a professional masseuse was waiting for her. The massage had eased the pain on her legs and the bath relaxed her mind.

As she sipped her wine, and couldn't help but wonder how fortunate she was to have finally found the one. She hoped he thought the same too.

She had dated a few guys in the past, but none held a candle to Jin. The sexy and handsome actor was everything she had dreamed of and more. He was gentle, caring and so attentive. He was a great listener and also had a great sense of humor. Moreover, he got along well with her friends, which was a must.

Once the masseuse had left, he had settled in the opposite end of the tub, taking her legs on his lap. They chatted idly about the show and other things. Though Seokjin walked the ramp today, his main show was tomorrow, where he was the show stopper for Tae's limited fall collection. Usually, Jimin did the honor but this time Tae had asked Seokjin and it only showed he had accepted Seokjin into their group. It meant a lot to her.

The bathroom had floor-to-ceiling windows, the room illuminated only with the scented candles and the lights from the outside. She didn't know when they lapsed into a comfortable silence. It has been happening a lot these days. When they had nothing to talk about, they just stayed beside each other silently enjoying each other's company.

Porshiya never felt this way with anyone else. Often, their silence would unsettle her. She never liked the silence. It always made her think there was something wrong. But this time it was different.

Maybe this was how it was supposed to feel. She'd seen Aera and Joonie doing this for years. Yoongi and Taehyung would be in the same room for hours without talking. That time she never understood how they could be so silent yet enjoy each other's company.

She took a deep breath, settling comfortably in the tub and sighing when he absent-mindedly rubbed her feet. She took another sip of the wine. It tasted divine. Jin knew how to pick her poison. Too bad she'd have to stop after a glass or two. They had a show tomorrow so she'd have to be up early to run a few errands.

"I wanted to ask you something," Jin spoke suddenly.

Her gaze flicked to him, a soft smile playing on her lips. "Yeah?"

He drained his glass, putting it aside. "I've been thinking about this a lot lately," he drawled. "I mean I would have asked you sooner but it was too early and I was afraid of what you would say."

"What is it?" She tilted her head to the side curiously.

He drew random patterns on the surface of the water without meeting her gaze for a moment, but he didn't look troubled. "I want more. Every day with you is a breath of fresh air. No one had ever made me feel the way you do. I'm the happiest when I'm with you." He stopped drawing and met her gaze before slowly moving closer to pull her on his lap.

She straddled him. Her heart threatened to break out of her chest as she stared at him with wide eyes.

"Porshiya John, you're the most talented woman I had the pleasure to meet. You're hardworking, passionate, and have a big heart. You're loyal and brutally honest. Will you be my girlfriend?"

She gasped softly, an overwhelming emotion coursing through her. "Are you sure? I'm a packaged deal, Jinnie." She cupped his face with her free hand. "We have never been apart. We grew up together and chose to work together because we can't be away from each other."

"I understand and I'm okay with that," he said without missing a beat.

She shook her head, her eyes burned with tears. "I don't know if you have realized this, but there are things you don't know about us. You're important to me, but so are they. If we do this you need to understand, they'll always come first. I'll always prioritize them. I know it's too much to ask, but it is how it works with Joonie or Aera's brother. My previous relationships ended because they weren't ready to accept this." Her throat was constricting with the onslaught of emotion and she hoped he knew what he was getting into.

Jin only smiled, his expression was still soft and understanding. "I know what I'm getting into. The relationship you guys have might be overwhelming for someone, but I see it for it is. I see how close you're to each other and how happy when you're together. And I want to be a part of that happiness." He tucked the strand of loose hair behind her ear and caressed her cheek. "It might take some time to get used to it and I have a lot to learn about you, but we can work together, yeah? I mean, they're great. They already accept me into your circle and I don't feel like an outsider when I'm with you guys. It's a plus, right?"

She sniffed and tried not to cry then. So she closed her eyes and took a deep breath. "Yeah," she whispered, leaning to rest her forehead against him. "I love you, Seokjinnie." He stiffened under her. "You don't have to say it back," she said quickly. "It's okay if you don't feel the same way now. But I wanted to say it. It feels like the right thing to say. So, I love you. I've been for a while now and I'll be your girlfriend."

"Look at me." He took the wine glass from her hand, putting it away, and cupped her face. "I don't know when, but I think I fell in love with you when we met for the third time. I saw you laughing and having fun with the guys. There was so much happiness in your eyes and then I felt something. I didn't know what it was, but that feeling only continued to grow." He kissed her nose, holding her close so their lips were merely touching. Their breaths mingled. "Then you came here. I got to know you more. When you're with them I see how you take care of each of them. How much you love them and would do anything for them. How you would always know what they wanted without them even asking. I could only think how fortunate I was to have you in my life."

She kissed him. Kissed him like her life depended on it and she'd die if she didn't. A sob left her throat but she didn't care. She was happy. Extremely happy.

He pulled away for a moment. "You didn't let me finish, sweetheart." He chuckled.

"There is more?" She was panting against his lips and was also impatient.

"I love you too," he confessed. "I want to say more but that can wait. Now kiss me."

Porshiya didn't have to be told twice. She closed the distance between them.

Namjoon exited the elevator and hurried through the long corridor to get home. He didn't want to miss the show, but the urgency of the situation had left him with no choice. So he ended up going, but fortunately, things had settled sooner than expected and he had caught the first flight back home.

It was half-past two in the morning and his wife must be asleep. But he was happy to be home, nonetheless. He didn't tell her he was coming home because for one he didn't want to disappoint her if in case the plans changed again. And two he wanted to surprise her.

He patted his pocket, smiling when he touched her favorite chocolate and the rose he picked up from the airport. Oh, he loved her so much and now this time together had made him realize how much of a fool he was. He was still learning how to adjust his work and personal life but was grateful for this second chance.

He entered the code to the door and opened the door, his heart skipping several beats. They were together for several years now, but that didn't lessen the way he felt about her. The TV was running and he scanned the room as he softly locked the door behind him.

They were all lying down on the couch, cuddling closer as usual. Empty boxes of pizza and soda cans lay on the coffee table. He inched closer, pausing again when he saw Jungkook. He didn't know he'd be here.

Namjoon contemplated sneaking back to the room and maybe try calling on her phone. But they all seemed deep in sleep. He can't afford Jungkook to see him here. He stood there for at least five minutes, thinking what to do. But he couldn't bring himself to go to the room and wait for her to wake up. He wanted her in his arms and he wanted her now.

With a silent curse, he shuffled quietly toward them. His entire attention was on her that he didn't notice the person Katy was cuddling with. Aera had a leg thrown over Jimin's hip; one hand bent under her head while the other was curled under her chin. Beside her, Katy was asleep on someone's chest.

Namjoon frowned. He thought Taehyung was with Yoongi hyung. Who was—

Oh fuck.

He almost jumped back when he saw who it was. Hoseok? Oh, shit. He cannot see him now or ever. Shit.

He almost ran to his room but then he saw his wife and decided to throw caution to the wind. He bent gathering her in his arms. She made a soft noise in her throat, snuggling into his chest.

With quiet steps, he turned around and hurried to his room with glee. Finally, he succeeded without messing up anything. Just as he reached his room and struggled with the door, he accidentally knocked something and it crashed on the floor with a loud noise.

Namjoon cursed under his breath just as the door opened. Aera stirred in his arms, suddenly awaked and looking around confusingly. He rushed inside the room, kicking the door shut as he carried her to the bed.

"Joonie?" She rubbed her eyes. "I thought you'll be gone for a couple of days."

"I finished early," he said, hugging her close. "Couldn't wait to come home to you."

Her features softened and she threw her arms around him, pulling him closer. "I missed you today."

"I missed you too." He kissed her gently, lowering her to the bed as he did so. "I'm here now."

"Mhmm..." She hummed. "You talk too much. Just come here already." She was kissing him again and Namjoon was the happiest man on the planet.
