Since I read the Twilight's Realm: Advanced Generation it gives me an idea I should make Story plot for idea in the book I will include TF ship couples in the story plot,

Note: in AU L-145 is Prowl and Bluestreak's brother when Lloyd feels he's not human as he start having dreams of him meeting the cybertronian sparkling who he happened to be Prowl and Bluestreak's long lost brother.

Story Plot:
Twilight gets kicked out of her brother's wedding and betrayed by her friends Twilight decided to run away from ponyville if anypony wants her gone and forever disappeared, and never seen again. Twilight says good bye to her home she runs to the everfree forest as she avoid dangers as she reached further through the woods she stop by the cave where she can rest there she start to think to herself if she did the right choice then she sees the glowing orb Twilight is curious she went closer to the orb then the bright light engulfs which blind Twilight and caught off guard Twilight finds herself in the void she meets the majestic bot Twilight haven't seen this bot before Twilight then asked the bot who he is he revealed his nname as Primus he asked Twilight what brings her here Twilight answers saying she been kicked out of her brother's wedding when she suspect something is off about her foalsitter and she is betrayed by her friends she run away from ponyville if she make the right choice to run away and never seen her again Primus feels sorry for poor pony Twilight then asked Primus if she is a horrible student and friend too Primus told her she's not but he wanted to give her second chance he told her she can start her new life in the new world Twilight accepted she went to the portal then transports her to the world as she get up she realizes she's human Twilight must gets used to being human, Twilight decided to explore around the new world she spots the mini bot who is playing by himself as she went to ask him what is he doing by himself he turns around to look at Twilight he immediately runs off without answering her question she then sees the vehicles driving towards her she defend herself but the vehicles stops then transformed into bot mode revealing themselves as Autobots Twilight introduce herself to the autobots they take her to meet Optimus Prime Twilight gets to know the leader and he introduce Twilight to Elita 1 whom Twilight get to know her then she sees the same mini bot that she encountered he introduce himself as L-145 then the police autobot introduce himself as Prowl he reveals to Twilight L-145 is his and Bluestreak's younger brother he had the ability to scream high frequency that hurt their eardrums the autobots gives Twilight the tour around the ark to make her feel comfortable Twilight feeling tired she can sleep on the berth she then asleep, in her dream Twilight meets Primus she asked him if there something he needs Primus revealed to Twilight he see the power inside her he explained to her that her cybertronian power becomes powerful and stronger Twilight knows if her magic gets too unstable to control but she had faith in herself she can practice her cybertronian magic she have shown compassion around her new friends the next morning Twilight gets herself ready for the morning but she wonders if she wanted to fight in battle she then asks Sideswipe and Sunstreaker if they can teach her how to fight they were unsure about the idea but Twilight told them she is serious wanting to learn how to fight they reluctantly agreed to teach her to fight. The training begins Sideswipe taught Twilight to hold the laser gun tightly and point directly at the opponent and instructed her to pull the trigger Twilight pulled the trigger as instructed then the blast beam hits the opponent she's amazed how she shot the opponent Twilight start enjoying the training as she correctly shot all the opponents as the final test of training is ready Twilight confidently points at the final opponent then suddenly the cybertronian power appear around her which shock them both Twilight pulls the trigger instead of the normal blast beam but a powerful blast. The blast hits the opponent then exploded Twilight snaps back to senses trying to process what happened Sideswipe and Sunstreaker were awestruck by her magical blast they give compliments to Twilight which she let a chuckle as she accepted the compliments Twilight told the twins to keep it the secret from the autobots they promised her they'll keep the secret Twilight continues to do training after some long training it was dark they were ready to go to sleep Twilight feeling exhausted from training she decided to get some sleep and have some rest Twilight lays down on the berth to sleep in her dream Twilight meets Primus again she informed him about the magic she had Primus told Twilight her cybertronian magic becomes stronger Primus calls Twilight as Empress Twilight prime Twilight is shocked when he named her as the prime Twilight is awoken by L-145 he told her it's morning and their breakfast is ready Twilight thanked him, how will Twilight do with her cybertronian magic or if she must tell them the truth about her as the Empress Twilight Prime.
