May's POV (Elena)

"Wait?! Who's going on a date with you?!" I shouted looking at him

I saw how the corners of his lips curve. Urgh, I'm trying to move but my hands are handcuffed. What a manipulative controlling freak!

"You are," he sheepishly smirked at me.

"I need to work Chase," I sternly said.

Biglang bumusangot ang mukha niya then he suddenly rolled his eyes.

"Workaholic," he murmured which I manage to hear.

Uminit ang ulo ko sa sinabi niya, well sorry, you good for nothing stupid jerk. At least I am productive. I mentally rolled my eyes.

"Well, sorry Mr. Carefree, I ain't like you. I don't want to waste my time playing your silly games," naiirita kong sagot.

He just shrugged. Tsk, padabog akong lumingon sa bintana. This is better than talking to this guy. I heard him chuckle. I faced him and glared at him.

"You are so cute, mas lalo na pagnagdadabog ka na parang bata," he said smiling, I can sense the amusement in his tone.

My face suddenly burned. Urgh, I just unconsciously showed him my personality, again. Oh, how I so hate this guy.

"Hindi naman halatang naiinis ka sa akin no?" he asked again trying to suppress his laugh.

Urgh, I composed myself. I hate it when people can read what I am thinking. Only I can do that, not even Winter can—wait, what am I saying? I am May Gonzales, yes.. I am her. Tsk, I brushed off the thought. Maybe epekto na naman 'to ng memory problem ko. I was lost in my thought at 'di ko namalayang nakatulog na pala ako.

"Hey, we're here," urgh, hanggang sa panaginip ko he's still annoying me. Tsk

"Go away you annoying jerk," I mumbled.

"Wake up or I'll kiss you," he suddenly blurted out.

Napabukas naman agad ang mata ko and I saw him chuckled. Urgh, this annoying freak

"I know you'll instantly wake up," he said between his laughter.

I just mentally rolled my eyes and looked around. It's night and we are in the grocery? Just how long did we travel?

"Where did you take me, you stupid jerk?" I asked him in an accusing tone

"Away from all your paper works, but in the meantime, we have to buy groceries," he said smiling.

Tinanggal niya ang posas sa left hand ko at nilipat sa left hand niya. My eyes widened

"What are you doing?!" I shouted

"I don't want you escaping me again. I know how your brain works May," he proudly said.

I mentally facepalmed. I didn't know his brain actually works. Tsk. It would've been much better if he used it for something better which could improve lives.

"Will you slow down?!" pagrereklamo niya.

I ignored him, but he followed me and he interlocked our fingers. What the fuck?

"What are you doing?!" I said in gritted teeth

"Now, much better." He smiled triumphantly

Tsk, I so hate this guy. He just pulled me as he pick out different foods. This is getting boring. I suddenly felt his lips on my cheeks which made me turned to him. This guy have no sense of consent! He needs help!

"You were spacing out, May. Katabi mo naman ako," a cheeky smile formed in his lips. I have a feeling whatever will come out in his mouth would just pissed me off. "You don't have to think of me," he said with confidence.

I knew it! Tinapakan ko ang paa niya which made him jump in pain. Tss, serves you right. I bet that hurts, I'm wearing my favorite stilletos. It would be better if may nabaling buto sa paa niya. Napahawak ako sa ulo ko, it suddenly hurt.

"Hey, are you alright?" Chase worriedly asked habang inaalalayan ako.

A hazy memory rushed into my thoughts.

"I don't like you," a boy with a blurry face said in a bitter voice.

His voice is familiar. Tsk, urgh, it's hurting again.

"You hate me because we are the same," Elena replied.

When I heard Chase's voice, I was jolted back to reality.

"Let's pay these foods and rest after this," Chase suddenly said.

I just nodded my head. Napatitig ako kay Chase, his voice is the same as that boy, but Chase's voice is more matured. I shook my head. Impossible

"This is my house," Chase suddenly stopped at the big mansion

The eff? He is so damn rich. Well that is expected, he is a Rodriguez after all. But why the hell would he bring a lady here? Nasanay na siguro sa daming mga babae niya. The nerves. Nagawa niya pa along igaya sa mga sidechick niya. He really is a playboy of the century.

"What are we doing here?" I asked nonchalantly.

"This is where we are dating," he answered

"What? Are you insane?" I asked panicking

"Don't worry wala akong gagawin sayo," he sheepishly answered with a grin in his face.

I glared at him. Then what is he planning? Hinila niya ako papasok at dumiretso sa kusina. Tinanggal niya ang posas at nagsuot ng apron.

"We are going to cook," he said winking at me. "This is what I call a date."

Wait, what?! But I can't cook! I wanted to shout but I don't want him to know. Not this stupid Chase. What am I going to do?
