50| Yun Sowook

The boy couldn't anything but feel his leg, followed by the most delightful scent he had ever smelled, washing over him. Still, with half-closed eyes, he reached out for one of his thighs and drilled his fingers into it when another wave of pain hit him. He felt that his legs would fall off in the next second that occurred.

"Don't do that, you will only feel worse by pushing even more blood into the wound," a voice said gently, and Seoho immediately turned his head in that direction.

His breathing was not stable and he was not sure if it was because of the pain or if it was because of the girl who was smiling, squatting in front of the bed he was lying on. She smiled with her long blonde hair wide beyond her shoulders.

"My name is Yun Sowook, and I believe you are my soulmate, right?" the girl then asked straight away, which made Seoho look at her with big eyes.

How could one just say that as the first thing to someone you had just met? He did not understand it and even had a hard time accepting it. If it had not been for the sweet aura that hung around her, he would not have liked her at all.

The boy never answered her questions which resulted in her huffing a little into the air while turning her attention to his wounds. Seoho pulled away in horror as she touched his leg, but she just continued unhindered by his reaction.

"What-what are you doing?!" exclaimed Seoho, threatening her action, pushing a little to her shoulder.

She turned her head and laughed, "I'm helping you, fool, can't you see that?"

Then she turned to his bandage around his legs again and he bit his lip.

"Don't touch me!" he exclaimed with a growl, pushing himself even further into the wall and away from the stranger girl named Sowook.

Then she turned to him for the third time, and this time it was not the gentle and smiling look he got, no, she scowled at him, clearly affected by his growl.

"I'm trying to help you, have you never tried that before? Are you a stray?"

Annoyed, Seoho clenched his jaws and his eyes shone orange into hers for a few seconds before turning his gaze away again. No, he was certainly not a stray wolf, for he had a pack. And he had certainly tried that someone helped him. Just not by a stranger, and that was what made his wolf uneasy.

Sowook did not wait for an answer but just continued opening the whole bandage. It faltered as she pulled the last thing off, and Seoho had to hold on to his growl. The deep bite mark appeared and Sowook wrung her face at it.

"This is horrible, who gave you this?"

But Seoho did not answer her. It did not seem to matter to Sowook, for she was already dripping drops of some kind of liquid into the wound. It was not to say what it was she was using, but strangely enough, it didn't worry the boy anymore.

Then she wrapped all of his shins in a new bandage, and it was there that it dawned on him that she had torn one of his trouser legs to pieces so she could come to look at the wound. It smelled of blood throughout the room, and a schock went through Seoho, when the girl suddenly placed her hand on his knee, finished closing the wound.

"Hm all done," she said, again with a smile on her face.

She seemed pleased that he had not fought more against her treatment. The boy hardly noticed that she was staring at him until she said something.

"What's your name?"

He looked up at her predominantly. He could always refrain from answering it, just as he would make sure to never bump into her again. But something kept him from doing both.

Slowly he opened his mouth, "Lee Gunmin."

And he told her his real name. Not just his wolf's name.

"Okay Gunmin, I have someone you need to meet," and he could not help but take care of his insane heart, which just beat faster and faster after his name had passed the girl's vocals.

She quickly left the room with a merry face, leaving Seoho with her beating heart. Or was it now suddenly stopped? He did not know it must be the first time he had ever noticed that it was there at all. It had simply just woken up from its slumber.

Then she came back, Sowook, and her eyes were shining with so much joy. She had a black-haired girl with her, who looked less pleased. Seoho kept his eyes on Sowook all the time, he could not let go of her again.

"And this, this is Alicia."
