When Subhi was clueless about her married life Arjun had planned a little moment to initiate something cheerful. He had seen her since childhood. She was an introvert girl of her type who hardly stepped forward for anything. So, he had to lead the bond of mutuality in between them.

On the first evening of their new life, he had planned a small surprise for her. He decorated balcony for her when she wasn't in room. Coming back, she was really surprised over his arrangements.

Dim lights were hanging down. A few candles were placed on a small table, in front of couch which was full of small gift baskets. She unwrapped the covers of gift baskets, and found baskets filled with chocolates, small toys, colour pencils, various types of other colours, and beautiful hair clips.

All those stuff were her favourite. Since childhood she was fond of stuff small in size, and colour pencils were her all time partner. She used to do scribbling with them in childhood, and after starting her cartoon channel she used to sketch various scenes of cartoon stories, composing the theme of story in her mind.

Shifting her gaze from gifts, she saw chit. Opening that, she read the message left for her.

The message:

I am happy to make you smile. Your smile is something which is like an unexpected reward. If you wish to reciprocate this gesture of mine in other way except your smile then may I ask something from you?

Folding the chit, she found him standing near her.

"Did you like all these? I hope my choices aren't that bad," his tone was slow and gentle, complimenting each others pace.

"Your choices are too beautiful. I really liked everything, but I don't have anything for you as return gift," she referred to his wish of asking something from her in return.

"You have what I want," his confidence made her confuse.

"I want your friendship. Will you be my friend so that you don't have to suppress your questions in your mind instead of asking me? If not your feelings then I will get to know the facts bother you," he was sure that she had some questions in her mind last night which she didn't ask.

"You have solved my bothering before sharing it. I am glad to accept your friendship. Next time, I will surely share if I get any bothering," she realised that he was genuinely interested in giving their bonding a chance to bloom.

"Sure, that's fine. Now, may I capture this moment?" He also realised the same like her, and suggested an idea out of happiness.

"Sure, this moment is worth to capture, and you don't need to ask for every single thing as we are friends," she reciprocated him with a satisfied smile.

They clicked a few pics of that moment containing acceptance and aspirations, promising the same to each other.
