Cross and his smol boyfriend were walking around the park, holding hands tightly. Chara was paying attention to some birds across the park. Suddenly, Cross started tickling his belly and Chara was jerking around a lot.
" Crossy , CROSSY STOP" he was laughing like crazy. Cross just kept going and when he was done he kissed his little nose. When they were finally done , they found that there were some kids watching them. They looked a bit confused. They planned on just walking by them but a small 5-year old girl tugged Cross's shorts. " What is it young one?" Crossed asked sweetly. The girl looked nervous but spoke up " Sir,.....umm... Are you two brothers ?" "Aw,No" " Then why did you kiss his nose?"
Cross tilted his head " Because he's my lover is all"
" Two boys can be boyfriends?"
Chara chuckled " Yeah , how does that make you feel?" She thought for a bit. " You seem happy, so I'm happy" she smiled. " You're very nice , Sirs!"
" Aww, thank you" Cross patted her head.
" Honey , get away from that hideous MONSTER!" The girls mother yelled and quickly pulled her away.
" I-I'm sorry-y sir!" The girls voice kinda faded. Cross and Chara's eyes were wide. Chara quickly hugged Cross " Y-You're not hideous, You're handsome"
" Don't worry about it Chara, it's not the first time. At least you're here with me" Cross smiled at Chara. Chara huffed about the woman that called Crossy a name. They continued walking and talking. They had made it to the Crosswalk when it was thier turn to walk. Chara was laughing with Cross until..............there was a truck coming full speed at them. Chara was about to scream but he just couldn't move his body at all. His heart dropped like a boulder in those few seconds. The next thing he knew there was an extreme force against his back that was able to get him out of the way. Then there was a loud THUD .

CHARA POV

There was a loud thud that was followed by silence in the small city. Tears in my eyes leaking , I look back.

No.
NO.
NOOO.
CROSS GET UP NOW. GET UP. GET UP YOU IDOIT. 
I'm screaming these words at the body lying on the ground . I scream and shriek. It's not doing anything. I run over there with all the determination in me. I look down and crouch , staring at the body that was once smiling fully. He wasn't anymore. The truck remained still and I glare into the windshield that doesn't have a driver in it anymore. I try to pick up Cross up . There has to be some hope left. There wasn't, when his bones started to dissolve into dust. NO. NO. CROSS YOURE NOT LEAVING ME LIKE THIS.

Cross started to cough and he looked deep into my eyes. "c-chara....I love...y-you...so m-much..... p-promise me ..."
" W-what ....sweet Cross"
" that...that you will smile without me ....."
He let out a few tears and slowly kissed my lips. I could only accept as the kiss became dust and everything else did. I looked down at the dusty mess, crying like a baby.
I was whimpering, gasping for air,and squeaking. So many people were staring as I cradle the jacket that once was Cross in the middle of the road. Sirens were wailing in the distance. There is nothing that anyone could do now.

I jerk up from my bed screaming and hiccuping.
" CROSS DONT LEAVE ME" I yell as tears stream down my face.
Cross wakes up next to me and quickly pulls me into his chest. I look around the room and see it's 3 in the morning. It was just my best nightmare......
" Chara, was it that nightmare again ? This would make it the 3rd time this week."
" Y-Yes....I'm sorry ....."
" No need to feel sorry Chara."
" I love you..."
" Love you too sweetie~"
He wraps his arms around me and I put my face in his chest purring.

There will be reason for these nightmares...
