Vulcano Residence

Scarlet- Curled up on the end of the couch, with a book in my lap as I hand write a letter.

Sal- Walking out of the kitchen into the living room. (Smiles Fondly) "What are you doing babe?" I offer her a cup of coffee.

Scarlet- Looking up, I take the offered cup of coffee. (Smiles) "I haven't had any connection with any of my family since I left Nashville."

Sal- Sitting in the opposite side of the couch facing her. "What happened?"

Scarlet- I notice his look. "Nothing, I actually left on good terms...it's just that I needed space from them. I was actually distancing myself as I delt with my fathers death."

Sal- "Are you alright now?"

Scarlet- Leaning over I give him a kiss. "I'm more than alright. Also another reason I wanted to write them is too let them know how I've been, what I've been up too and about us."

Sal- (Smiles) "Then don't let me distract you." Pulling out my phone, I play solitaire.

Scarlet- For the next hour or so all you could hear is is shuffling around from time to time and my pencil as it scratches away across the pages.

One Week Later/Morris Residence

Keegan- Getting the mail, I find a letter from Scarlet. (Squeals Delightedly) "MOMMY!" I rush inside.

Elizabeth- Finishing up the last of the dishes, I turn off the water and dry my hands. "Keegan, no running in the house."

Keegan- I practically bounce in place. "Look, it's a letter from Scarlet!"

Elizabeth- Taking the offered letter, I sit down at the kitchen table. Taking a deep breath, I open the envelope and pull out the papers unfolding then as I begin reading the beautiful words;

'Dear Mom and Dad,

Please forgive me. I feel as if I've been a horrible daughter, after coming to terms with my biological fathers death I should have contacted you much sooner. Since there has been no form of contact and I do not plan to return in the future (I'm gonna be explaining that) I wish to take this time and tell you about how my life has been. To start when I first moved here, obviously living in a big city was a monumental change for me, two weeks of being in the 'Big Apple' I found a job that I absolutely love...it's simple yes, but it's just so me. I work at a little Cafe in Brooklyn. About a year later, give or take I decided to actually live a little and go out to a nightclub. It was an adventure! That same night I met Salvatore Vulcano. A few weeks later he cane into the cafe at the prompting of one Brian Quinn. Yes you know those names, I have officially met the Impractical Jokers and I can honestly say they are the most down to earth men you will ever meet! A very big thing happened and weather I have your blessing or not, I am in love. That's right, I Scarlet Grace Summers am in love with Salvatore Edward Anthony Vulcano and after six dates agreed to move in with him. I just want you to know mamma I'm really, really happy.  I also hope everything is going well with you and Blake...how is Keegan? Let her know that I miss her.

Weather I hear back from you or not, I'll continue to write you letters, letting you know the happenings of my life. You deserve that much for letting me go without a fight.

Laying the pages on the table I wipe away the tears. (Sniffles) "Oh Scarlet, you have no idea how proud and happy I am for you."

Keegan- I wrap my arms around my mothers shoulders, "Is everything okay?"

Elizabeth- I return the hug. "Everything is fine, Keegan." Closing my eyes I pray, thanking God for everything.
