I love the brackets. They worked so well for showing how Harry was reminiscing.

Good details and descriptions. However, more would be very welcome.

Innocence was conveyed really well. I also like the old style of writing - it really fit for the period.

Comma splices - join those sentences with either a dash or a semi colon.
