Somewhere along the way, I lost motivation for this story, but this one means a lot to me.

Firstly, I'm pretty sure this is my only story on here where I made my own characters. That's huge for me.

I started it off as a huge joke. The main character, Merissa, was a dramatic snob. The events that happened in the first few chapters display that. That's why this was called Cringe.

But people liked it and I kind of felt like turning it into a redemption story for her, and how she starts acting better and less like a snob. So, I started that.

The first step was obviously getting rejected by the boy she likes. After his outburst, she'd reconsider her actions all that jazz.

So, you've seen her outlook change, but you didn't get to see how Merissa redeemed herself.

She was going to go apologize to Svetlana, the maid she got fired, first. Then slowly she'd apologize to everyone she's wronged, which is a lot of people.

They accept it because something called a second chance. Merissa is grateful.

And well I was actually going to give Merissa a love interest, someone other than the boy she loved in the beginning of the story.

This was kind of hinted but not really very much, because I didn't get to flesh it out.

Long story short, she was going to realize her friend Trina liked her.

If you read back, maybe you'll see the stuff I added as small things, but basically this was my plan, before I lost motivation.

At one point I was considering what their ship name would be. Didn't really decide, though.

Anyway, some point after they got together, it would've ended. Probably after their graduation.
