Junho yawns as he stands up, fully stretching his arms up in the air, rolling out of bed.  He heads to the kitchen only to be welcomed by the rear view of lady with jet-black shoulder length hair draping gracefully as she was wearing his oversized t-shirt. She was cooking pancakes, his all-time favorite.

"Good morning my baby girl."  From behind, he wrapped his soft yet strong arms around her shoulders, bringing her into a warm yet longing hug.

"Good morning. I was just cooking breakfast for you, babe." Aera faced Junho, pulling him closer to her, hugging him tightly, his embrace served as her safe haven, a constant reassurance of their love.

Trailing his fingers on her forehead, as he fixes her messy fringe, he replied. "Aren't you enough as breakfast?"

Pulling away from the embrace, she rolled her eyes at the man's playful remarks. "Move or I'll burn you with a pan."

"Feisty. Burn me then." He poked her sides to tease her, chuckling to himself.

"Shut up. I'm close to doing that." Slapping his hands away, she continued flipping the pancakes on the pan.

He laughed as she gave him a cold response, sitting on the chair as he waits for the food to be served.

Putting the pancake on the plate, glazing it with butter and honey-maple syrup, she served it on the table. After she brought her plate to the table, sitting opposite his direction so they could face eachother.

"Aera, you're beautiful." He gazed into her eyes as his voice broke down into a deep and full voice.

"Can you stop being cheesy for a day?" Slicing the pancake with her fork, she replied before putting it in her mouth.

"Up to now, I can't get over the fact that you're here with me. Honestly, I would never forget what Seojun did that day. "His mind wanders to distant memories. It was a walk down the memory lane as Junho paused a bit to recall that day.

That day, it felt like the end. Junho started giving her CPR, trying to see if there would be hope to revive her. Placing the heel of one hand on her sternum and the other on top of the first, his fingers interlaced, he started pressing down her chest repeatedly.

Pushing hard and fast, he continued giving the thirty chest compressions however there were still no signs of life. He paused for a bit to call for an ambulance however it was disturbed when Aera's phone started ringing because Moon Seojun was calling.

"Aera, you finally answered! I'm still here waiting for you outside." Apparently Aera was not alone when she went to Hellsing, she asked for backup from Seojun.

"Seojun, I don't know what to do." Junho was trembling, rubbing his shoulders with his arms, recoiling in fear.

Seojun was shocked to hear a man's husky voice, "So you're the guy she told me about... Is she okay?"

"No! She's dying because of the drug!" Junho exclaimed, his anxieties eating him up.

"Aspivarix, that bloody drug. Sh*t! Give her your blood for that is the only way you could revive her."

"She turned me into a vampire. What do I do now? Ah I'm screwed. This is all my fault." Scratching his forehead, Junho was clueless of his next step.

"Hold on. I saw someone running out. Tell me which room you are in."

"What's your plan?! Uhh.. it's Room 1528"

"Watch and see." Seojun mumbled as he saw Zhou Yuri running out of Hellsing's premises. Getting out of the car, he blocked Yuri's way with his hands preventing her to move.

"Ahhh... what do you want to do?! You're a creep!" Yuri cried out, terrorized because of the whole situation.

"I know you're the one who caused all this, you evil hag!" Pulling her hair as he drags her back to Hellsing, he growled at her.

Seojun brought her to Room 1528 where he sees Junho struggling to find medical equipment to save Aera.

"Oh so you got her? What is your purpose?!"

"Blood transfusion orally or injected from a human being is the only way to make a vampire's heart beat again." Seojun discussed, holding her Yuri down on the chair.

Junho's eyes made its way to Yuri who was struggling to get out of Seojun's hold. "So Yuri you get to pay for your sins for a bit when you do this."

Luckily, Junho found two IV bags and equipment needed for the procedure. He started hastily with the procedure. He brought Aera back to life, as her eyes open wide, going wild due to the blood that went into her system. Seojun tossed him the Methoracin pill that would keep her sane.

"What is this?" He caught it with his swift hands.

"Let her consume it. She'll turn back to normal." Seojun replied, still pinning Yuri down by the force of his arms.

Junho gave Aera the Meth pill, realizing how she slowly reverted back to normal. Just in time, they heard the loud sirens of the police car. Junho asked Seojun to take care of Aera in his place, throwing the keys to him as he ran to guard Zhou Yuri. From then, Junho hid and took care of Aera for the following days, months and years.

Breaking off from his thoughts, he faced the lady, listening to her drabbles.

"I can't get over the fact that I survived that incident. I also can't get over the fact that you gave up being a surgeon just to stay with me." She shared.

"Shush baby, you also did. We can always go back to our medical career. But right now, I want to build a family with you."  He pinched her nose, seeing the worrisome face Aera had.

"Building a family huh?"

"Building a family." His dark voice conquered the room, giving her assurance as he took her by the wrist, dragging her to the bedroom once again as he pushed her gently to lie on the bed.

Aera pulled him to the bed, changing their positions as she climbed unto his lap, straddling his legs. She held onto his shoulders, keeping their bodies close together as her heart raced chaotically and her breathing was unstable. Tachycardia, she thought once again. Clinically defined as a heartrate that exceeds the normal resting rate and how a heart races irregularly and wildly for the right person.

"Let's study anatomy." He chuckled. His moist plump lips travelled to her neck, his kisses causing Aera's resistance to crumble as she held unto him still.

"Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!" A text message notification popped up with repetitive tunes, destroying the moment. Junho took a peek on his phone, reading the message heading that stated "The Seoul National Hospital: Job Vacancies".

"It's the hospital again?" She asked.

"Yeah." Continuing his unfinished business, he pulled her closer roughly as he starts leaving more delicate kisses on the crook of her neck, slightly biting on her milky white skin.

She stopped him by putting both her palms on his chest.  "Wait. Junho. Chill."

"Chill?" He gave a confused look as she hindered his actions.

"Don't you want to go back to the hospital? Wasn't medicine your first love before I existed?" She figured after noticing how Junho frequently got requests to go back as a surgeon in Seoul National Hospital.

"Yeah it was. But now you're my only love." He said in a cheesy manner.

"No, Junho. Don't you miss handling the scalpel, the Metzenbaum scissors, the needles and threads?"

"I do. I miss the graveyard shifts. I miss saving lives. I miss everything about the hospital."

"Then would you want to go back together?" She asked.

"You will?"

"We will." Aera pulled him into a chaste embrace, rubbing his back with her warm hands.
