Face To Face
Tom was back at his bar doing some work when he got back from the pub. While he didn't do much around the bar he still helped out from time to time and to see if everything was going smoothly between the bar and other jobs he was running on the side.
While he worked his mind kept wandering back to the stunning beauty, Kira who he had seen in the pub, it was her flirty boldness that hooked him in only to have his thoughts flattened by Ben yet again, "Fuck sake." He mumbled quietly, seeing Ben walking up to the bar.
"Hey Tom, you have a visitor. I believe the girl asked for a tall, blonde man." Ben smiled knowing who the girl was.
Tom looked at his best friend and hummed as Ben walked him to where the female was sitting, "Ben." Tom frowned, "If this is one of your jokes." He sternly spoke.
Ben looked at Kira and winked as he watched her getting up and walking behind Tom, "Hello." She whispered, making Tom turn around and widen his eyes, the girl who was on his mind had come to his club.
"Well hello again, darling." Tom looked down at her, noticing her cheeks had blushed a light shade of pink.
Ben noticed them and backed away, "I will leave you both to it, have a good night." He smirked at Tom.
Tom walked Kira to the bar and sat her down, "Your friend isn't with you?" He asked curiously as he walked behind the bar and looked at Kira.
Kira clenched her legs together, his voice was like soften silk and just the mere though of him made her hormones go crazy while she watched him making her a cocktail.
"She decided to be a brat and go home because she isn't any fun. Besides I have heard this was a great bar so I decided to make a visit." She smiled, licking her plump red lips.
"Well then gorgeous, what can I get you. It's on the house." Tom chuckled, leaning against the bar to be near her.
Tom knew there and then that Kira was the one for him and that he wanted her.
And Tom always knew he got what he wanted.
"A sex on the beach." Kira winked cheekily at him.
After a few drinks Kira managed to stay on the stool at the bar, chatting to Tom. He was a charmer and there was constant flirting between them. Kira couldn't help herself as she kept wiggling, being so close to Tom. His melting voice alone would set her on the edge.
"So what brings a talented and beautiful young lady to London?" Tom asked, drinking his fifth Jameson.
"Well I got fed up with being in America, the gigs I did there they were okay but then my last gig out there I had a nasty incident with a male and he tried to rape me but my friend Luke jumped in to my defence before he moved here and I didn't want that happening again so I decided to move. Besides I adore London, I have been here once before thats how I met Abbie." Kira sighed.
"Well you have guts to move here. Have you got a job in the city yet?" Tom watched her carefully.
"I have enough to last me six to eight months but finding a music manager starts tomorrow." Kira smiled happily.
Tom looked straight at Kira and an idea popped in to his head, he needed some entertainment in the club but given what he did on the side finding people was hard and trusting them was harder, knowing he had a few guys on the bar, he needed a female for entertainment.
He had a good vibe about Kira. She clearly knew about him and what him and his gang did for a living. Yet she was here with him, flirting and drinking, she could not of looked any more relaxed with him and in the bar.
While he wanted to jump on her and between her legs to have his way with her, he had to make sure he trusted her as he did not let just anyone into his life let alone on a personal level. But if she was to sing at his bar that way he could sneakily get to know about her more.
"Have you ever sung in a night bar before?" Tom asked curiously throwing Kira completely off guard.
"I did once and it kind of ended badly. It was about two years ago when I was eighteen." Kira looked at him then felt a shiver down her spine as the memories of that night came flooding back to her.
"Shit...Ummm I was going to ask if you would love to sing here? You have an amazing voice and I know people that could help you out in getting a proper manager." Tom neared her smiling as he did.
Kira's eyes lit up as she hitched her breath, "I would love to but after what happened last time, I am scared of doing it again." She looked away at the floor.
Tom watched her reaching his hand under her chin and tilting her head to face him, "Tell me what happened and I will make sure that never happens to you here. You will be protected here." He assured her.
Kira squirmed slightly, "Well I was preforming at this night bar in New York thinking it was safe, I started singing everyone was enjoying it, they were singing and dancing along with me until one man decided to be a asshole and jump up at me on stage, he attacked me and my friend had to save me." She gulped.
Tom felt his blood boil hearing about Kira's story, "Listen to me, that will not happen here. We have really strict security here. This bar is always protected along with the staff."
Kira smiled softly, "Okay, I will sing for your bar." She agreed with him.
Tom looked at her, "Another drink? To celebrate." He cheekily winked at her.
"Sure." Kira giggled.
Her eyes drew to his hands but then wandered to his chest, seeing the buttons struggling to stay together she saw he was a well built man. Wondering what else those hands could do, she bit her lip thinking what else was under those clothes. Tom smirked as he noticed her looking at him, when they made eye contact, Kira smiled and felt her cheeks flush red.
When Tom called out last orders, he looked down at Kira watching her pulling out her purse.
"How much do I owe you?" She asked, looking at her notes in her purse.
"Say its compliments of the management." Tom dismissed her money.
Kira widened her eyes feeling a little startled, thinking of the drink she had. It must of come to at least sixty pounds worth of drink. Knowing all bars were expensive in London and Tom's bar was a high establishment so it wouldn't be cheap.
"No, I insist. I can't go around thinking that I just come here for free drinks." Kira argued but Tom flashed her a look which scared Kira slightly.
"You will be working here so it doesn't matter you can get all the free drinks you like. Call it a deposit." Tom winked at her.
Kira had forgotten about time and looked at her phone, "Shit!" She bit her lip not noticing Tom sneaking around the bar and put his hands on her shoulders making Kira squeak quietly.
"Everything okay, gorgeous?" Tom twirled part of her hair around his large finger.
"Yeah, it's just I haven't got a cab sorted." Kira panicked feeling a little distracted by how close Tom was to her.
"Don't worry about that. London taxis are the worst. I will give you a lift home. Come." Tom pointed to a side door.
Kira did not protest as she lifted herself off the stool and followed Tom out the door. Tom lead her to a black jaguar which he kept parked out of everyones view.
"Get in." Tom smiled opening the passenger door for the young woman.
Kira climbed in and she was amazed at how clean it was. Tom slid in with grace and pose. Kira went to grab her seat belt but Tom leaned over and pulled it over her body.
"It is a little stiff. It needs a little pull now and then." He chuckled as he lingered over her body, nearing her neck he inhaled, "Mmmm, Dior." He whispered still looking over her body before leaning back to his seat.
Tom couldn't stop smiling as he saw Kira blushing deeply as he clicked her belt in. He was going to savour her smell as Dior was his favourite perfume on a woman.
Kira bit her lip as Tom started to drive her home, "Thank you for driving me home." She spoke quietly feeling butterflies in her stomach.
"You are very welcome, darling. After what has happened to you, I will not let you get a taxi by yourself." Tom replied keeping his eyes firmly on the road.
Kira felt her heart flutter when she heard his words. She turned her head and looked out the window before starting to sing quietly looking at the London scene. She couldn't believe that she was finally back in London and that she was here permanently and she had a job. If what Tom said was genuine but she felt like she could trust him. Not to mention attracting his attention was a plus. Seeing it had been about four years since she dated someone. Kira couldn't help but think if anything would happen between her and Tom. She knew by the way he was always flirting with her that he was interested in her, always calling her gorgeous and darling.
When Tom pulled up out side her apartment block, Kira felt a sudden urge to ask Tom a question, "Would you like to stay? I have a spare room and its kinda late to be traveling again." She took her belt off and looked at him.
Tom turned to face her, "Are you sure? I don't want to be an annoyance." He bit his lip also unclipping his belt.
"Yes and you won't be an annoyance. Call it a thank you for all you have done for me tonight." Kira winked at him.
"Okay if you are sure then I would love to stay with you in the spare room." Tom innocently looked at her.
When they entered her apartment, Tom looked around and chuckled, "Unpacking not been a success?" He asked jokingly.
Kira laughed, "Not really, I have been busy writing songs and practising them. I am sorry about the mess. Honestly I am the most untidiest person ever." She moved a few of her things.
Tom watched her then noticed a pair of her panties sneakily he put them in his pocket before Kira turned around, "Please sit down." She beckoned him to the sofa, "Would you like a drink?" She asked.
"No thank you." Tom answered her before seeing her phone light up and had a sneaky look to see the text from Abbie.
Please Kira. Leave what I told you alone. Tom and his gang are dangerous, this is for your own safety. Tom will do anything to persuade you and he will use his charm on you.
Love you loads.
Abbie xx
Tom deleted the text and sighed as Kira walked over to him, "Come I will show you the bedroom." She held her hand out for him.
After showing Tom the spare room and making sure he was comfortable, she walked to her room and swiped her phone off the table to see if she had any texts or missed calls before falling asleep.
