Once again, the cats of ThornClan woke to a new day, though they were, understandably, significantly more on edge than yesterday. As they went about their morning duties, a shriek of shock and horror sounded from the dirtplace. When they went to investigate, they found the motionless body of yet another one of their clanmates. It seemed that they were ambushed in the middle of the night as they went to use the dirtplace, and now they were lying there, dead, with their throat violently slit open...

Pebblefur was killed! They were the medicine cat.
