After the events of Criminal Claws 2, the cats had an age of prosperity and peace. But this now comes to an end, as the spirits of the traitors in the past begin to speak to the living. An old threat has been Reawakened.

With the revival of the UnitedWarriors account, we have decided to restart Criminal Claws! For the first few rounds, we will start small and only have a few players. If we get enough interest, we can start to gradually increase those numbers and add in all of the old roles from Criminal Claws 2. Since it's been a while, the introduction will be reposted below as a refresher:

Welcome to Criminal Claws Reawakened!

This book is heavily inspired by classic games such as Werewolf, Mafia, and Town of Salem.

In essence, this game is a power struggle between two teams. Cats on the Clan Team want to identify the traitors among them and exile said traitors before every good cat is killed. Cats on the Traitor Team hate the clan and want to kill everyone before they are discovered and exiled.

Every cat has a role. Some roles (for example: Medicine Cat, Deputy, Lookout, etc.) have special abilities that they can use to help their team. Other than some specific cases, no one knows anyone's role. If you join the game, your role will be chosen randomly and told to you through Wattpad PMs (Private Messages). 

During the night, the traitors have a killvote where they all vote on a clan cat to kill. This vote will happen through Discord (for convenience, the traitors will be added to a Discord server to discuss who to kill every night, but if you really can't get Discord that's okay! We will relay your teammates' messages to you). The traitors know who the other traitors are, and can see who each traitor is voting for. The clan cat with the most votes is killed. If there's a tie, a random cat will be chosen from the tied targets.

When a cat dies, everyone will learn that cat's role the next morning, and the dead cat is essentially kicked out of the game.

Some cats can also use their abilities at night. They will be guided through this process by the UnitedWarriors admins in Wattpad PMs.

During the day, all cats will share their information, discuss, and then hold a vote to decide who to exile. Remember that anyone and everyone can be lying to you! Every living player can vote, including the traitors, but doing so is optional. The vote will be held in the comments. The cat with the most amount of votes will be exiled. If there is a tie, or if the minimum amount of votes is not reached, then no one will be exiled.

When a cat is exiled, they will also be considered dead. Their role will be revealed and the player will be kicked out of the game.

Every day and night has a time limit of 24 hours for everyone to vote and discuss (day) or use their nightly abilities and complete an activity check (night). If you have not done so by the time the 24 hours are up, the game will move on. But if everyone completes their actions/votes/activity checks before the time limit, we can continue to the next day or night early.

Please note that it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to cheat by privately chatting with other players about the game and showing your PMs to other people.
