---Ink's POV----

If you go looking for me, you know where to find me.

I sat down in my office, those same words playing over and over and over in my mind.

You know where to find me.

Do I?

I groaned, wanting nothing more than to tear something apart or punch something in frustration from all these mixed thoughts and emotions.

Pj watched me from the corner of the room, an expression of concern and slight fear on his face. "Dad?"

I glanced at him. "Yeah...?"

Pj walked over, sighing. "You need to go see him. This is tearing you apart."

"I-I know...I-I just..." I inhaled sharply, not wanting Pj to see me cry. "N-Never mind..."

Pj hugged me, thinking. "Just try think of any important places you've been to before with him, or places he said he wanted to take you. Or maybe where you first met?"

I froze, all my memories flooding back. "W-Wait here! I-If anyone asks where I've gone, just say I went to get some fresh air while I think!"

"W-Wait where are you going?!"

I didn't answer, running out of my office and down the corridors as fast as possible. I had the exact place pictured in my mind. It had to be there. There was no other explanation for where else he could be.

A few officers gave me a few concerned looks as I sprinted as fast as I could through the hallways and down the stairs to the main entrance.

Once outside, I put on speed, running as fast I possibly could as I ran towards a spot on the opposite side of Craitown.

A minute later I was there, and the sun was just starting to rise. I slowed down, walking up through the park to the small cluster of trees up ahead that lead to where I was praying I'd find Error.

I walked through the trees, shivering from the cold, excitement, worry and fear all at once.

The trees started to thin out and I held my breath, stepping into the clearing.

The trees disappeared behind me and I nearly gasped, the cliff top grass and flowers looking so beautiful in the sun's rising light that cast an orange glow across the whole area.

And sat down in the middle, with their back to me, was a silhouette.

I held my breath and took a step closer, wincing as I snapped a stick under my foot.

The figure instantly whipped around and we both froze, staring directly into each other's eyes.

He stood up, stepping closer slightly as he reached a hand out. "I-Ink...?"

I nearly choked, wanting to cry. "E-Error...?"

We both ran forwards at the same time,  flinging our arms around each other as we hugged tightly, me crying into his chest.

He squeezed me tightly, keeping his arms wrapped firmly around my waist as he pressed his face into the crook of my neck, letting out what sounded like a sigh of relief.

I buried my face in his chest, crying now as I pulled him into my death grip hug, never ever planning on letting go. "I-I'm so sorry..."

Error kissed the top of my skull, moving a hand to pet me. "Don't be sorry Inky, there's nothing to be sorry about..."

I sniffed, looking up at him. "I-I should have helped you! O-Or made a plan so you could escape earlier! O-Or--"

He cut me off, leaning down and connecting our mouths in a kiss.

I instantly went limp against him, my legs only just keeping me up as I pressed against him and wrapped my arms around the back of his neck.

We both closed our eyes, practically melting into each other's arms as we kissed.

After a while we both pulled back for air, panting softly.

"I've wanted to do that for so long~" Error purred, moving a hand to stroke my cheek softly.

I felt my face heat up more than it already had and I nodded, kissing his cheek so that he blushed a faint yellow. "Same here~"

He then kissed me again, pulling me onto his lap as he sat down, not breaking the kiss.

Soon enough it had developed into a make out session, and our tongues pressed together as we clutched each other tightly.

We could have continued like this forever, but a sudden loud cough interrupted us and we both pulled back immediately from each other.

Pj stood by the tree, an amused expression on his face. "Are you two done making out yet?"

Error huffed while I let out a flustered squeak. "Uh, actually, no. We weren't."

I blushed more, turning away from Pj and burying my face into Error's chest.

Pj walked over, eyeing up Error. "Dad."

Error nodded, cuddling me closer. "First born."

Pj let out a little giggle and then sat down next to us, leaning against Error and nuzzling me. "You look happy."

I blushed more, nodding. In reality, I was in absolute bliss. Having to go two years without being able to touch, kiss or hug Error has been torture. We could barely even talk in that cell thanks to all the security. Sleeping was horrible. Having just me, alone in my bed without the feeling of Error hugging me softly from behind took forever to get used to. Actually if I think about it, I'm still not used to how empty the bed is.

Pj smiled, looking at Error. "Happy to be out?"

Error laughed, kissing the top of my skull. "It had been so long that I was beginning to forget what the outside world looked like!" He said dramatically, making the two of us giggle.

"Were you beginning to forget what Ink looked like?"

Error pulled me closer, making me purr. "Oh, that's not possible~"

My face flushed and I whined out of embarrassment. "Error noooo..."

He snickered, petting me for a moment before freezing. "Oh and uh, I brought someone with me."

Pj and I both sat up straight at the sound of someone walking over and I whipped around, only to instantly freeze.

I recognised him immediately. "G-Gray...?"

He looked down, rubbing his arm. "Hi...dad..."

I immediately tackled him down in a hug, almost crying all over again. "I-I've been so worried about you!"

He glitched up massively and went to say something, but yelped as I suddenly pulled back and slapped him. "What was that for?!"

"For abandoning us without warning and with no note for TWO YEARS!!"

Gradient winced. "Okay yeah, I guess I deserved that."

I pulled him into another hug before dragging him back over to Error and Pj.

"Hi Pj..." Gray mumbled, clearly rather embarrassed by this whole situation as he wriggled out of my hug. Gradient's  haphephobia is worse than Errors used to be. And he still doesn't like us touching him most of the time.

Pj blinked before poking him. "Damn. It is really you."

Gradient let out a fake laugh. "Ha ha very funny."

I looked at the three of them, feeling my soul swell up in my chest as I situated myself back in Error's lap, blushing as he kissed the back of my neck.

Our family was finally back together.
