Life was great at the mansion. It felt like a dream almost. Jane and Jeff always fought, it felt like a brother and sister fighting sometimes. (Don't let Jane catch me saying that.) It's been a few weeks since my first hunt.

I sat on the couch watching as Ben and Jeff played Mortal Kombat X.
"Ben I swear I'm gonna cut your little elf ear off!" Jeff yelled as he smashed the buttons of the controller.
"Aw come on, don't throw another hissy fit~." Ben taunted.
"Ben I wouldn't trade him, remember last time?" I added.

-Flashback noises can be heard, which consists of Jeff yelling and Ben screeching followed by glass breaking-

Ben shudders.
"Yeah maybe you're right..."
"Ben!" Jeff yelled as Ben finished Jeff off. Jeff slammed the controller down and stormed out of the room.
"You want a shot?" Ben looked back at me.
"Sure why not." I grabbed the controller and sat down next to him.
"Sweet, but you can't pick her." Ben said, quickly adding the last part.
"Too late." I smirked. I picked the character that made the most sense. D'Vorah.
"Ugh." Ben picked Scorpion.

-Five rounds and one hissy fit later-

Ben bowed his head in defeat.
"I freaking hate that character..."
"There, there." I patted him on the back with one of my appendages.
