Jeffrey Woods, more known as Jeff, is an adolescent serial killer. He became torturous, aggressive, bloodthirsty, and violent human being, causing him one of the most dangerous serial killers in his home town.

Some nicknames of his are: (Give me some of yours to add)

- Joker Wannabe
- Bleach Boy
- Snow White
- Joker Reject

Appearance: Jeff has extremely pale skin and burnt off eyelids, giving him an even more ghostly appearance. Jeff later got his most distinctive trait, the wide smile that he had carved into his face. His build is commonly described as thin, but with some lean muscle tone at the same time, and reaching a height of around 5'10" to 6'0" feet. In various fan depictions, he's typically portrayed in his late teens or early twenties. His clothing normally consists of a pair of black dress pants with a white hoodie, like described in the story, which is sometimes stained with fresh and old blood from his victims.

His Abilities:
- Incredible stealth
- Speed
- Supernatural strength used to mercilessly slaughter his victims.
- Skilled with most bladed weapons
- Incredibly durable
- Great stamina

His Victims:
Jeff will go for anyone in his way no matter age or gender. He'll kill many people before getting caught. That is if he can get caught...

How he kills:
Jeff will usually stalk his victims for about a day or two, trying to see how many people live with them, if they have any pets that can be a threat, and if they have any alarms. Once he has broken into his victims house, he'll kill any pets that will alert the owner, like a dog or an annoying hissing cat. Depending on how many people are in the house depends on how he'll kill them. He tends to target the adults/teenagers first than children. Once he goes into his victims house, he'll straddle them down while cupping their mouth to prevent them from screaming. He'll stab down on their chest repeatedly before slicing the throat.

When his victim is slowly dying, he'll whisper something unsettling into their ear before curving into their cheeks. If there's a male that can probably over power him, Jeff will take care of him first by slicing of the throat before dealing with his significant other, if they have one. With children/babies, he'll just slice their throat or stab them before curving into their cheeks.

Symbols: Besides his signature smile, he has no symbol.

If he's after you:
If I were you, I wouldn't stay home alone, or be alone in general. Jeff will strike at any given moment without you knowing. It's best if you just sleep with a weapon next to you, and if you have a dog, keep them in your room. Lock all your doors and windows, double check if needed. If you end up moving and Jeff was stalking you, he won't really come after you, unless you just move down the street. Thing is, if you're hanging out with a lot of other people, Jeff will go after those people as well, so he just has you in the end. If you come face-to-face with him, you're basically dead. You can't escape him that easily and he will put up a good fight.

Since Jeff isn't worried about getting himself hurt and he has high pain tolerance, he'll literally just throw himself at you, and he won't stop until you're dead at his feet. He'll taunt you trying to lower your walls before attacking. The bad new is, once he gets into your house, he'll destroy all electronics that would help you call the police. And whatever you do, don't go into the woods at night if you know he's after you, that's just a death wish. Heck, if you did manage to call the police, congrats, though Jeff won't stop going after you until he knows your dead.

Since Jeff is still a human, you can kill him, though it would be hard to do so. It's like he can see your next move and dodge your attacks. Smh...
