(Yandere) Laughing Jack x (Abused) Reader

2nd POV

You mentally cursed yourself as you walked around the now dark and quiet carnival, trying to find LJ.
"Why should I care about his feelings? He's a psycho who killed everyone in my life." You told yourself.
Another part of your brain battle that part and you sighed, "He just seemed so depressed...the way he was talking, why did I feel the urge to just...hug him?"
You rubbed your temples and sat yourself on a bench that was below the Ferris wheel.
LJ sat in his tent, he could sense you were still in the carnival, he wondered why you hadn't ran away yet.
He too cursed himself, for seeming too soft when he had 'confessed' to you.
His silver eyes stared at the dirt as he sat on the edge of his bed.
He sighed heavily and got up, deciding to go to you.
You shivered as a cold wind blew through the carnival, the sky was now getting dark.
"Why have I not run away yet? And why do I feel so damn sympathetic towards that damn murderous clown?" You muttered quite loudly, unaware LJ was approaching you.
LJ chuckled, "I was wondering the same thing..."
Your eyes shot up, and he sat next to you.
You looked away from him and he averted his gaze from you as well.
"Well I don't know why. I guess it would be pointless considering I don't have anyone now anyways..." You quietly said.
LJ looked up at the sky, then down at you with his silver eyes.
He then handed you something, you turned your head and saw a lollipop in his hand.
You looked at him, and he motioned for you to take it.
"Um, thank you I suppose." You said as you took it, then making the choice to take the wrapper off and put the lollipop in your mouth.
Your tastebuds tingled and you recognized the flavor as [your favorite].
LJ softly smiled and nodded in reply, then looked back at the stars.
You sighed as you felt the awkwardness in the air, "Look, Laughing Jack." You said looking at his face.
He turned back to you, his eyes on you.
"I'll stay with you, even though you are a freak who's obsessed with me, I don't really have any other choice do I?" You asked.
LJ quietly chucked, "Well you are right about me, I'll try to be a bit less crazy, Y/N."
You softly smiled, then started chuckled as you stared at his nose.
LJ started to laugh a bit, feeling himself grow a bit warm inside.
You did as well, then the both of you turned your attention back to the stars.
Your mind raced, one one hand you felt yourself deep down wanting to stay with him, but you also heard yourself curse again, being reminded of that fact that he killed everyone you've ever loved.
But you just brushed it all off, and for the rest of the night you and LJ made talk, and eventually, he put his arm around your shoulder and you fell asleep as you leaned against him.
