Candy Pop x (Ruthless) Reader

2nd POV

You sat back in a bumper car, watching as Candy and Laughing Jack hit each others cars, the both of them laughing and filing the whole abandoned carnival with their laughter.
"Hm." You held your hands in your hoodie and clicked your tongue as you continued watching them.
You weren't the type of person to have 'fun', you had a rough past, and lost all sense of 'feelings'.
The only thing you found slightly amusing was when someone got hurt, but you never smiled or laughed at it.
It was always specifically Candy Pop that you found amusing and childish.
He was always running around the abandoned carnival with LJ, the both of them being idiots.
You could say that you did enjoy being around him, mostly because he was always doing something completely stupid that ended him getting hurt, and you having to bandage him.
You refused however to believe there were any feelings involved that made you want to be around him, but Candy on the other hand did.
He liked you, and he knew if he acted like an idiot it would amuse you, but what he really wanted was to see you smile.
A loud eruption of laughter filled your ears as you watched LJ's and Candy's cars hit into each other, the both of them flying forwards and onto the slippery ground.
A small grin formed on your lips, but it went away quickly just as it appeared.
Candy looked up at you, he had a huge smile on his face, the bells on the end of his hair jingled as he got up.
You raised an eyebrow and slowly pushed the gas pedal to make your car move, towards Candy.
He stood still and LJ got up from the floor as he watched you.
"Hit him Y/N! I'll give you some candy." LJ said jokingly as he started laughing.
Candy's magenta eyes widened a bit as he looked at LJ then you, then he slightly put his hands up, you grinned again.
"Now wait a minute Y/N, this is no time to be clowning around." He said.
LJ laughed louder as he fell on the floor, Candy started laughing loudly as well.
You stopped the car and your grin went away, "It's the perfect time to be clowning around, at least for you two." You replied.
Candy shrugged as his laughing died down, LJ got back up from the floor and wiped a tear from his eye.
"Let's go to the House of Mirrors now!" He said.
You shrugged and got out of the car following LJ out of the ride.
Candy watched as you walked away and slowly followed behind you, he sighed to himself.
"I'll get her to smile eventually..." He muttered to himself as he continued following.
