Personality- short temper fuse, rude, sarcastic, cold , protective, , kind caring and sweet once you get to know her
Killing Technique- shooting her victims from a distance in case they survive. They wouldn't be able to identify her

Family- Allison Summers ( mother) , Luke Summers ( Father) , about 13 older brothers, her parents wanted a girl badly so they kept trying until Rebecca came at baby number 14
Backstory- the youngest of 14 kids, she was born in Fair Banks , Alaska . At 7 years old her family moved to Toby's neighborhood. He and Rebecca met and became fast friends. When Rebecca was 17 , she got accepted into West Point Naval academy, promising Toby once she returned, they'd get thier first apartment together. The couple had grown close and planned to move in together. At 19 while Rebecca was stationed in Germany, she got word from her commander that something happened back home to Toby's sister. She returned to the states to find out that Lyra was dead , immediately she started looking at apartments for her and Toby, before his abusive parents could hurt him anymore then he already is. The night before Toby was supposed to move in with Rebecca after she found a apartment 2 hours away. He snapped killing his parents and setting the neighborhood on fire , luckily Rebecca's family had moved back to Fair Banks.
