A siran is a marmaid like thing but when they sing and you listening your under her or his spell! So I thought that a siran and the puppeteer would be a good couple!  I did make a couple changes. Your POV:

I was singing in the shower and I heard a knock on the bathroom door!

"It just me the puppeteer! I have to go pee so I won't be long, ok?" He asked.
