Lilly's P.O.V

I must have fallen asleep on the couch because I woke up on the living room floor. I got up stretching my stiff muscles and went into the small kitchen we had, grabbing a bowl and some Lucky Charms. I got out the milk and saw it was spoild so I threw it out. I ate my breakfast quickly and ran over to my room. I opened my closet and grabbed a white tank top, and a salmon colored blouse. I also got out a pair of jean-shorts and a pair of black boots with a strap around the base.

I brushed my medium length curly hair and threw it up into a ponytail and tied two other bands half way and at the bottom so it wouldn't be frizzy. I put a little pink lipstick on and a little mascara and I was all set. I grabbed two binders and five notebooks. Finally I grabbed a pencil and shoved it all into my bag. I looked at the clock and almost screamed. If Emily didn't get up soon she'd miss the bus, I'd be fine though.

"EMILY GET UP AND GET READY! YOUR GONNA MISS THE BUS!" I yelled upstairs.

"SHUT UP LILLY!"

"JUST GET UP!"

"I A-"

"QUIT YELLING YOU TWO!"our dad yelled at us.

"Ok sorry dad" I called

"Whatever, Mr Bruning." I grew irritated he's MY dad and he's her stepfather she could at least have the courtesy to call him Bob! Mr bruning ugh she's- UGH!

I looked outside and saw the bus coming I rolled my eyes and left.

"THE BUS IS HERE." I yelled one last time up the stairs.

I ran up to the bus and waited for it to open its door. It finally did and I got on. I heard a door slam and smirked looking behind me seeing a messy sister looking irritated.

"You look lovely." I smirked.

"Shut up." She mumbled. She plopped onto a random seat which happened to be next to a emo chick.

I sat down in the back and took out my phone putting in my skull candy headphones. I put on Three Days Graces: Human race. Someone poked my shoulder and I grunted taking off my headphones. I glanced up at the person and saw a skinny girl with long strait hair shyly looking at me. I got the memo and scooched over. She smiled and sat down next to me.

"Hi I'm Jenna" she smiled

"Lilly" I mumbled.

"What's your schedule?" she chirpped

I handed it to her and she lit up even more, if that's even possible.

"We have every class together except for science and math." I like this girl.

"Cool" I smiled

I looked out the window and saw we were pulling up to the school so I secured my backpack. Jenna did the same and I stood up. All the teens climbed out and I was last off the bus.
