Valentine's day was coming up... and I still didn't know what to get my crush, Ben. He already has all of the games, game consols, and controllers. I wanted to get him something that he wouldn't trash. That he'd actually use. 

I spat a cuss word under my breath as I went through the isles, still thinking bout what I should get him. One thing that keeps coming to mind is a kiss, but isn't that a bit to cheesy? Fuckkkk. 

Fuck it.

It was the morning of Valentine's day and I nearly threw myself off my bed. I hurried out of my room only to collide into Jeff. "Ah!" I exclaimed as I stumbled back, hearing Jeff's gruff laughter. "S-sorry," I stuttered and looked up at him. "It's fine. Where are you going in a hurry?" He asked me and I blushed. "I-uh." I trailed off and looked down. Jeff laughed again. "Actually, don't worry about it." He said and put a hand on my shoulder. 

"Hey Y/-" Someone spoke up and I turned to see Ben, wide eyed at the end of the hall. "B-Ben." I said nervously and took a step toward him, away from Jeff. "I need to go." Ben muttered and turned then hurried away. "W-wai- grr." I growled and slumped. "Crush?" Jeff guessed and I put up a hand in a silly gesture. "Yep," I sighed. "I'd go get him before he thinks this was supposed to happen." Jeff suggested and I glanced back to see him smiling. I brightened up. "Thanks!" I said and quickly hurried after Ben. 

"Ben!" I called out, walking into the woods. Suddenly someone pinned me to a tree. "So you think you can just-" I didn't let him finish and I wasn't one known for my patience. I pushed forward, leaned down and kissed Ben. His eyes widened and a bright red blush spread across his cheeks. He pulled back. "W-what." He stuttered. I looked down with a crimson blush. "S-sorry but I've wanted to do that for a while." I looked up at him. "I've had a crush on you since we first met. I just didn't know when to tell you." I explained and a small smirk appeared on his lips. 

"Well I'm sorry for not noticing sooner." He said and went on his toes, wrapping his arms around my waist and kissing me.
