You awoke early in the morning.

The sound of loud snoring was coming from underneath you, and you immedietly became annoyed because you already knew it Jeff.

"God you're annoying...." You mutter, rolling off from the bed. You suddenly felt the need to get up and walk around for a bit. You turn and see Kagekao was fast asleep on the rocking chair. He was snoring too but it wasn't as loud and obnoxious like Jeff.

Kagekao looked like he was seriously about to fall off the chair, so you decided to help him out.

You walk over to him and try pushing him by his head into a more comfy looking position but for some reason he was incredibly heavy and hard to push. "You literally look like a scrawny teenager. What did you eat..." You growl when his arm falls on your head.

Kagekao gives a really loud snore this time and he rolls over, falling onto you! "KAGEKAO" You yell, and the Creepymon suddenly jolts awake, looking around frantically.

"Nandesukaaaa...?" Kagekao mumbled grumpily. He slowly looks down to see you crushed underneath him. "Ah....{Y/N}-sama. What are you doing beneath me?" He questioned, his mask making a confused expression. "Long story short, I tried to help you, it backfired," You groaned under his weight. "Sorry {Y/N}-sama..." Kagekao murmured, quickly pulling himself up off of you.

"It's fine Kage. You can go back to sleep now," You sigh, picking yourself up off the ground.

"Say {Y/n}-sama, what are you doing up so early?"

"I just woke up."

"Areee you going back to sleep as well?"

"Nah. I'm gonna go take a walk for a bit."

"Oh....I'm coming with then!"

You raise an eyebrow at him and cross you arms, "Dude, you were just sleeping all over the place and now you're up and awake?" Kagekao nods fast and you sigh, shrugging your shoulders. "Fine. Let's go."

You grab Kagekao's Killersphere just in case you needed to shut him up and walk with your Creepymon out into the living room. You spotted Sally and SplendorMan still on the couch. Sally was sleeping soundly next to Splendor and Splendor was watching some weird colorful show on TV. You wanted to ask what the hell Splendor was watching but then you just decided not to.

"Good...morning SplendorMan?" You say, slightly waving at him. He turns to you and Kagekao and smiles brightly. "Indeed, it is a good morning! Greetings to both you lovely lovely children! What brings you out here this early?? Wanna watch TV WITH ME!??"

The sudden increase in Splendor's excitement threw you off a little and you remained unresponsive for a bit. Kagekao noticed this and chuckled nervously, "Eh, no thanks Splendor-san, me and {Y/N} just wanna go for a walk outside." Kagekao then grabbed your hand and quickly started for the door. "Uh, outside? Kage I didn't say we were gonna go outside," You finally spoke again.

"Huh? What do you mean?"

"I was only going to take a walk around the house, duh!"

"What!? There isn't even much of a house to walk around!! I thought we were going outsideeeee...."

"Why would we go outside when there are a bunch of killer Creepymon roaming about at this hour."

Kagekao's masked formed a frown, "But you have ME. I'm a killer too, I can protect you! Now let's go outside, come on come on!"

He began pulling your arm again but you quickly pulled back. "Kage. Falcon wouldn't approve of this."

"Adults are stupid, he doesn't have to know."

"You're an adult! So I guess you're not wrong about the stupid part..."

"{Y/N}-sama stop being boring and let's just go!!"

Before you could protest more, Kagekao grabs your arm with his claws and sped out of the living room heading for the front door. "Slow down!" You shouted at him as he pulled you along. "Never!!" Kagekao screamed. He then let go of your arm and ran away into the darkness outside like a madman. "WAIT UP YOU IDIOT!" You yell, but Kagekao disappeared from sight. "Um, wonderful {Y/N}? Please be careful out there..." SplendorMan said, sounding a little worried. You sigh and nod your head, then slowly walked outside and closed the door behind you.

It was dark outside and the only things you could see were the creepy shadows of trees refelecting from the forest and the two lights coming from Falcon's house that were flickering.

You narrow your eyes and look around cautiously. "Kagekao? Where are you...ugh, I should've brought my knife..." You turn to head back into te house to get your knife when you suddenly get knocked over by something big.

"SPLENDORRRRRR!!!!" You yelled as loud as you could, then grabbing the object and punching it as hard as you could.

"Haha, OWCH-- {Y/N}-sama! Hahah, you should've seen the look on your face!" A familiar voice exclaimed in a playful tone. "Kagekao!! Stupid!" You hissed, pushing him away angrily. "I got you good didn't I? That was great! Hahaha!" Kagekao continued to laugh, holding his sides. "That wasn't funny. You're so annoying," You mumble, turning from him and storming off. Kagekao followed you gleefully while still laughing, and he began to take place, walking in the lead.

"You're supposed to be following me," You say, glaring at him. "Yeah, but I'm actually going to lead us somewhere that's not boring," Kagekao replied, continuing to walk in front of you. "Kage. This isn't meant to be for fun, I just wanted to take a small walk!"

"But a walk is BORING, I wanna do something else that's FUN."

"I swear you don't listen. Kagekao, there are Creepymon out here that are capable of taking the both of us out!"

Kagekao ignored you and kept skipping deeper into the forest, making you grow nervous.

"Hahahah, {Y/n}-sama's a whiney baby! Waah waah waaah!" Kagekao mocked you, reaching at you and twisting your arm playfully. "Keep it down!" You growl, ripping your arm away from him. You then scoff and stop walking, leaning besides a tree with your arm crossed. "Noooo {Y/n}-sama!! Don't stop walkin! Come on, pleaseeee?"

"You wouldn't want a "whiney baby" holding you back, would you?"

"F-Fine, you're not a whiney baby, I'm sorry. Now can we pleeeeease keep going?"

You take a long heavy breath before hesitantly nodding and Kagekao excitedly begins leading the way again.

The both of you walked for a long time time going further and further into the forest. Jagged trees were scattered all over. By this time, you had completely lost all sight of Falcon's home and Kagekao was brainlessy carrying on walking forwards.

You inhale, trying to hold back your irritation. "Kagekao, we need to go back now,"
You were beginning to feel tired and your eyes were getting drowsy. Looks like sleep was coming back to you.

"Why?" Kagekao replied in a very high voice which pissed you off. "BeCAUSE we're lost in the middle of the forest in the pitch black night!" You almost scream at him. You were really tired at this point. "Calm down, calm down, sheesh. By the way it's early morning, not night. The sun'll be up soon so quit worrying!"

"Woah..." You say, stopping in your tracks, "you really don't care that we could get ourselves killed. Well, you're on your own from now on then Kage. Go wherever the hell you want to." You then turn from him and start walking back the way you think you guys came from. "What?? {Y/n} no! I-I'm sorry!! {Y/n}-sama...?" Kage whined after you, but you had already disappeared through the bushes...
