Raphael took Megan out of the sewers and on the rooftop to train, he showed her all of the ninjitsu moves and step by step he taught her how to master them, and then every night they would go out on the exact same rooftop and practice until she got it right and mastered ninjitsu. When they got back everyone was looking at them with a mad face, Leonardo walked up to Raphael and Megan "where have you guys been all this time every night" he said looking at both of them with a disgusted face on, then Megan looked at Leo and walked off to her and Raph's room. Raphael got so angry he went to his room aswell without speaking a word but Leo grabbed his arm and looked at him, Raph looked down at his arm then looked back at Leo "let go of my arm Leo" he said in an angry attitude as always.

Leo looked at Raph and tried to ask him the same question "where were you all this week at night Raph" but still Raphael refused to tell Leonardo where him and Megan was and immediatly got his arm free. Until Leonardo noticed that he had his Sias swords with him and another weapon, Leonardo got so angry at Raphael "you've been training Megan haven't you Raph" he stared at Raphael, but still Raphael wouldn't speak until "you don't need to know Leo cause its none of your buisness". Megan heard the conversation while she was in her and Raphs room until she heard a loud crash and ran out to see what was going on, it was Leo and Raph fighting each other.

Megan got down the spiral stairs and ran to protect Raphael, she saw him on the ground and ran up to Leonardo "Leo stop it, your brothers", she went to grab his arm when Leo accidentally hit her in the face and she fell. But she got up and grabbed a bo staff and ran up to leo and started to attack him whilst Splinter was watching her at the front of his room, then he saw that Raphael had been training her really hard. Megan swung the bo staff and remembered what Raphael told her and with a big kick, Leonardo went flying and banged into the wall. Megan went to hit Leonardo some more until Raph grabbed her by the stomach and pulled her away from him.
