Minnow and Dolphin followed along behind there King and Queen

They were meeting Tulip on the beach and her and Dolphin were going along to make sure that Manta didn't start a war with the Flowershines by attacking Tulip

She was really hoping that she wouldn't need to be stopping Tulip and Manta from fighting each other

"So do you think they'll aggre to be Peaceful with each other?" Dolphin asked

"I am not sure but I hope so" Minnow answered

"What do you think I can't be Peaceful with other dragons" Manta asked in a growl

Neither of them answered nor wanted to in fear of getting in trouble for saying the wrong thing

"Well speak up" Manta snapped

"Well Tulip seemed kinda bloodthirsty" Dolphin lied

"Ah I see" Minnow replied

She looked past the King and Queen and saw Tulip sitting on the beach up ahead

She watched them approach

She looked bored and she was alone

She doubted that she was actually alone

She guessed that there were probably Flowershines were probably hiding in the trees

"Good afternoon" Tulip greeted them

"Then I'm guessing that you are Tulip then" Manta asked

"Yes and I speak for my family" Tulip answered

"I see" Manta replied

"And you are?" Tulip asked

"I'm King Mako this is my sister Queen Manta and that's my mate Dolphin" Mako introduced the group

"So do you believe that someone may start a fight?" Tulip asked

"Actually these two are here to make sure no starts a fight" Mako answered

"Ah that's a good idea" Tulip replied

The King and Queen exchanged a quick look

"So what do you even want from the Tidestream's?" Manta asked

"For my tribe to get to stay in our village" Tulip answered

"And where is that?" Manta asked

"I well not risk my tribes security by telling you" Tulip replied

"And I can understand that but would there be space that would be your tribes home?" Mako asked

"The forest beside this beach" Tulip answered

Mako looked to Manta a questioning look in his gaze

She rolled her eyes nodded

He turned his head back

"You may have the this forest" Mako replied

"Then we are settled...correct?" Tulip asked

"Yes we are" Mako answered

"Then I am going" Tulip replied

And she walked off towards the forest

A few Flowershines dropped out of the trees as she walked up

"She had her dragons easedroping on our conversation" Manta growled

"Come on let's get back to the palace"

And Mako led them across the beach back towards the area of the beach that was closest to there underwater town and palace

She wondered where Tulip's trophy fang came from cause it didn't come from any tribe she was familiar with

She was twisting rope and adding shells to a bracelet she was making

The shells were blue and white

She carefully poked holes into the shells to get the rope through

Her tail flicked back and forth

Her minnow swam quickly around her, it seemed like he was trying to distract her

And she finally tied the rope together to finish the bracelet

She slipped it onto her leg

Tho it didn't look to good on her so she'd probably sell it at the market island or in town

Whichever she could get a better price from

She took the bracelet off and placed a stone over the rope as she put it against the table, the stone was to keep it from potentially floating away

And she began to work on another bracelet

This time with light brown shells

Maybe at somepoint soon she'd work with pearls in her jewelry

Once she finished the next bracelet she set that one down with a stone over the rope

Cod had wanted to see her around noon

She swam over to his house and knocked against the wall, cause after all the door was just made of seaweed

Cod popped his head out

"Huh...Oh hey Minnow" Cod greeted her

"Hi"

He swam out

"So I was wondering if you'd like to join me and Softshell to the festival at the market island tomorrow. We're heading over in the evening" Cod asked

"Uh sure" Minnow answered

This festival must happen all day

She waited out in the center of town where they had aggred to meet up to head off to this festival

"Hey Minnow" Softshell greeted her

Cod must be coming soon

Then she saw him swimming up

"Hey you ready?" Cod asked

"Sure..." she replied

He still hadn't told her what this festival was about

They swam together towards the market island

The trio came up on the beach

The market island was very...colorful. Cod had disappeared from the group

Where had he gone

"So is this one of these pride festivals I've heard about?" Softshell asked

"Uh yeah I think so" She replied

Cod came back from through the crowd

He was wearing a rainbow heart earring on his left ear

"Nice earring" Softshell commented

Cod smiled

"You really think so?!" Cod asked

"Yeah I think it looks nice on you" Softshell answered

He should probably tell Softshell how he feels before it's too late

"Hey Cod can you find us something to eat I'm starving" Softshell asked

"Of course!" Cod responded and dashed off

Softshell looked over to her

"I know I seem so chill and brave but not in the relationship and I really like Cod could you help me?" Softshell asked

She took a sharp intake of breath

Oh come on did they really both have feelings for each other

This was probably the reason he invited me along on this trip

Cod returned a pawful of fish in each of his front talons

He gave each of them the same amount

"So I'd like to address something I learned about each of you" Minnow announced

Fear glittered in both of there eyes

"Cod you seem to have a crush on Softshell" she paused and looked over to Softshell "and Softshell you seem to have a crush on Cod" she stated

"What you...you like me?!" Softshell asked

Cod only stared back

He was surprised about the idea that they both seemed to have a crush on each other

"Well...I wasn't expecting that" Softshell commented

She smiled

"You know I am pretty sure that I actually have the same earring as you I just haven't worn it in a while" Softshell stated

"So what are you usually up to? And would there be time that we could possibly hang out?" Softshell questioned

"Uh around the afternoon I'd be free and I kinda like to write" Cod responded

She twitched her claws

She wasn't sure about making any additions to the conversation cause they were more of just learning more about each other

Cod glanced over to her

"You've been quiet" he commented

"Yeah I didn't want interrupt you learning about each other" she aggred

"It's alright for you to make comments while we ask about each other" Softshell told her

"I guess so" She replied

She still didn't want to interrupt them

She curled her tail around her talons

"I think I might go see what is for sale during this festival" Minnow told the duo

"Alright" Cod replied

And she walked away from them and into the crowd

The only tribe she didn't see was Winterhorn's, which she they didn't normally take part in anything pride related

She saw cloaks with the colors of the flags

Just all sorts of accessories with similar designs to different flags

It was pretty interesting seeing all the different things

A Rosewing came up beside her

"First festival?" She asked

"Uh yeah it is" Minnow answered

"I've been to a few now. I can show you around if you'd like" she offered

"Yes that'd be nice. I'm Minnow by the way" Minnow accepted

"Kay I am Forest by the way" she introduced herself

Forest led her around showing her little outfit competitions around

They paused at the fountain in the middle of the island

Her tribe had figured out a way to make the water flow for the fountain

"This is such a awesome invention" Forest commented

"Yeah it really is" she aggred

A small dragon statue of a TideStream was on the top of the fountain, most likely of the creator

She saw some stalls where dragons were taking commissions for there art

She saw several glass blowers actively making glass statues for others to buy

She saw the rainbow outfits in one of there competitions

"Do they get any prizes from those games?" She asked

"Yeah that amulet" Forest answered and she pointed to a rainbow necklace

"Well it's also for fun" Forest commented

"Yeah I could guess that" she responded

She flicked her tail as she watched one of the glass blowers at work. They were a Swiftclaw

They looked up and waved

"Hi you want me to make you something?" They asked

"I was just watching" She replied

"Ah I'm Cacti if you need anything" they introduced themself

She nodded

They looked back down

She had a half made lion statue

Forest was looking over a few cloaks they had for sale

She paused at one with the colors of the genderflud flag

"Oh I completely forgot to mention I'm genderflud so I well hop between different genders" Forest informed her

There were plenty of friendly dragons around here

Cacti looked up again

"Wanna try helping me?" They offered

"Sure" Minnow accepted

And she walked over to the table Cacti was working at

And for a while she helped them with there work for a little while

After a while she had left Cacti to there work

Forest still walked with her

Would Aqua show up to this festival? Or one of the other members of Evergreen's group?

They had manged to walk in a full circle of the island

She saw Cod and Softshell walking towards them

"Hey Minnow" Cod greeted her

He ran up

"He kept getting off topic and wondering what you were up to" Softshell commented

"Your company is nice" Cod added

She smiled

"That's nice of you to say" she replied

"I am going to head off" Forest told Minnow and walked off

Cod watched her walk off

"Was she a new friend of yours?" Cod asked

"Yeah she showed me around a bit" she answered

"that was nice of her" Softshell stated

"I realized I don't seem to want to do much just with Softshell I want to include you too" Cod told her

Was that possible to have them all be together?

And as tho Softshell read her mind

"It is possible" Softshell stated

"Yeah we can all three be together" Cod aggred

He smiled brightly

She wasn't sure if this was what she wanted this right now but maybe over time

"Yeah we could give it a shot" Minnow replied

A while later they headed home back to the Tidestream's underwater town

She was getting tired anyway

She hadn't seen Evergreen nor Aqua there so it seemed they either didn't show up or they were in different areas to them

I hope that whatever Evergreen's group is going to be doing is going to help the Featherscale's and stop this war

She left the others when they came to the center of town

She led the squadron on a patrol, well technically it was to see if there was anything they could help the Featherscale's with

Since they didn't have Dew in there squadron anymore so he could spy on them

Swoop with a group of Featherscale's surrounding him most likely with more invisible, cause he was the only remaining royal Featherscale left

King Mako had requested them to check with Swoop about anything they cloud help the Featherscale's with

She walked up onto the sand with her squadron behind her

They were to remain peaceful with Swoop and his dragons around him

"Greetings Minnow" Swoop greeted her

"Good day your highness" she replied

And she bowed to Swoop

She guessed he heard the sand crunch as she shifted position

"You don't have to bow" Swoop told her

She stood up and nodded

"Of course" she responded

Swoop sighed

"You know I prefer when dragons aren't so formal towards me" he stated

"I'd just prefer not to leave a bad impression" She told him

A few Featherscale's smiled and she heard one comment

"Such a nice young Tidestream"

She sat down on the beach trying her best not to seem like she thought she was better then everyone else

"So well there be anything you well need help with?" Minnow asked

"I think it's only fresh water we need right now" Swoop answered

What about food? Wouldn't they need it?

"We can probably figure out how to get that for you" Minnow replied

"And I'm grateful of Mako's support" Swoop stated

"And we're happy to help" Minnow put in

"Tho I think we're done here" The Featherscale king replied

She nodded then remembered he couldn't see that

"Alright"

And she led her squadron back into the water
