Appearance:
His hair is originally a light, shaggy brown, the color of wood. He has started dying it, though, and it can change without warning, an action that is oddly uncharacteristic of him—currently it's black, but who knows what it's gonna be two weeks from now. That's not the most prominent feature about him though, when you see Grayson walking towards you, it's his height that sticks out—standing at the same height as the average ninth grader, it's a source of insecurity, especially coupled with his thinner stature. Though, he has a nice jawline, one that isn't exactly strong but definitely noticeable, that falls down into a well rounded chin. His skin is olive-toned, accompanied by eyes so dark his pupils can be hard to distinguish from his iris in certain lights. Every once in awhile very thick glasses will rest upon his nose, round pieces of glass whose dark rims correct his absolutely godshit vision, he tends to wear contacts, but sometimes it's just easier to wear his nerdy glasses. Occasionally, his finger nails will be painted.

Background:
Gray has always kind of had a close-knit group of friends. Never the type to seek out large friend groups and make connections, he tended to stay with his own cluster of buddies. Though, he was never one to turn down anyone who needed help, and quickly became known as the guy who would lend others materials or let them copy homework if need be. Though, he never really kept up with anyone, and that's maybe why he seemed to disappear after high school. He never really left a trace as he moved states away, never updating anyone on his current status.

Personality:
Gray is...sometimes difficult to know. Naturally more reserved than most, it takes consistent and regular contact with him to get him to open up, it's why he feels so comfortable at work and in class, as he sees those people on a regular schedule. Though, don't take that as coldness; he's a very warm person, it's just hard to know on him on a deeper level, especially when it comes to how he truly feels—expressing strong emotions openly is difficult for him. He also won't chase romantic relationships unless he sees them as a long-term commitment, it is in that way that he can be seen as a little picky, but he swears that he's not.
He is always up to help, his compassion and care is a driving force and he strives to be someone who is reliable, kind, and trustworthy, especially in the workplace. He's a people pleaser, especially in relationships and friendships since they come so rarely to him, but he doesn't take criticism or ungratefulness very well, he sees it as some sort of betrayal of his kindness and patience. That is the easiest way to get on Gray's bad side, especially since he thrives on positive feedback. His emotional intelligence, supportiveness, and empathetic nature aid him and make him someone that people often rely on, and he is happy to oblige.
