Yes!

Today let's get physical.

At this day and age, people aren't minding their own business, and we have social media to thank for that.

Almost everything that we post are under people's scrutiny.
Many people are always on the lookout for that new flavor of the month to bash.

Everyone got something to say.
But not all are relevant, and not all are productive or needed.

Most of their reason to bash people these days ay ang pisikal na kaanyuan ng isang tao.

I have seen a lot of people being bullied online and they get affected by it.
But then again, if you're okay with yourself nothing that people will say will ever affect you.

 Sadly, most of us aren't.

Now, we can't blame ourselves and other people if they aren't okay with themselves.

This world has been plagued by nonsense that this society, media, and our environment has been feeding our minds.

The bible said:

My people perish because of lack of knowledge.

And this is so true.

Many of us just needed information.
We need to know who and what we are.
We have to have a deeper understanding about ourselves and about other people.

Kailangan lang natin na magkaroon ng mas malawak na impormasyon, kaalaman at pagkakaunawa sa mga bagay-bagay upang tayo ay maging okay sa ating mga sarili at maunawaan natin kung ano nga ba ang dapat nating gawin.

1. You are who you are.

God has created you to become that individual.
God has created you to be unique.
God has created you the way that you are.

Most of us ay hindi matanggap kung ano tayo. Kaya tayo nasasaktan everytime na tayo ay pinipintasan dahil tayo mismo, unaware man o hindi ay dahil hindi natin tanggap ang ating mga sarili.

So now I'm going to say this cliche -
LOVE YOURSELF. (I am also telling this to myself dahil kahit ako man ay nakakaramdam din ng insecurities sa aking sarili)

2. You are beautiful.

Psalm 139:13-16

For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. 

I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; 

My soul knows it very well. 

My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.

People may say the opposite but the key to loving ourselves is to embrace what we have been given with.

Everyone has their own perception of beauty, hence the saying "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder".

This is because we all have been raised differently. We look at beauty according to what has influenced us whilst growing up.

Ang kultura natin, environment/society, media... plays such a big role to this.

Kaya dapat nating huwag i-take seriously ang opinyon ng iba patungkol sa atin dahil lahat ay may kani-kaniyang opinyon at pag-iisip. Hindi natin sila pwedeng saklawan, sa halip let's educate them. Marami kasi ang hindi nauunawaan na lahat ng tao ay maganda— magkakaiba nga lang ng ganda.

Simply because GOD is the greatest artist of all time at iba-iba man ang pagkaka-hulma, hugis o kulay sa atin ng Diyos... still we are created By HIM wonderfully dahil God will never create anything ugly.

If anyone calls anybody ugly then si God ang direkta nilang pinipintasan. So don't feel bad, instead, feel pity kasi nagkakasala na sila ay hindi pa nila nalalaman.

Let us all educate ourselves and try to understand one another while giving allowances and love to those who doesn't know.

How can we call ourselves mature if we can't agree to disagree or at least try to educate others who aren't aware of the implications that "bashing" has on other people?

3. We do not need validation from other people.

Hindi mo kailangan ng magsasabi sa iyo na maganda ka. Dahil maganda ka na talaga. God created you 'di ba?

Genesis 1:27-28

So God created mankind in his own image,
in the image of God he created them;
male and female he created them.

God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground."

Hindi mo kailangan na i-appreciate ka ng ibang tao.
Your appreciation of yourself is enough.

Gaya ng nasabi ko kanina. LOVE YOURSELF.
If you love yourself, hindi mo na kailangan ang opinyon ng iba patungkol sa iyo.

"Nobody can please everybody".

The only ones we need validation from is GOD and ourselves.

And I know God already does love us for who we are, so the only thing left to do is to love yourself.

We do not need to permanently change anything about our physical body just to please other people.
That would be doing what the opposite of pleasing God because by doing so, it's as if you're telling GOD na nag-kamali Siya ng pagka-likha sa iyo.

You'll never be happy permanently dahil mas pinili mo ang i-please ang tao kesa ang Diyos.

And as I've said, "Nobody can't please everybody". Kaya magiging cycle lang iyan. Once you try and please people, it would be like a cemetery for you— laging bukas at open sa bagong bangkay na ililibing. Walang katapusan unless mapuno at panibagong cemetery ang bubuksan. Ganoon ang mangyayari sa iyo. Mawawalan ka ng SATISFACTION.

4. You are Loved.

The whole world may reject us, but God will never leave us nor forsake us!

We may seem alone. We may feel alone.
But we are not.

At times when you feel like nobody's there... that's the best time to pray.

God always wants to hear our voice because God loves us.

Siya iyong gawin nating takbuhan lalong lalo na sa panahon na parang iniwan na tayo ng lahat.

Nandiyan lang Siya... naghihintay na maalala natin Siya.

Bakit ko alam na mahal Niya tayo?

Dahil sinabi sa "John 3:16"

For GOD so loved the world
That He gave His only begotten son,
That whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.
