The voice was getting louder and the footsteps were getting nearer as Jungkook pulled me by the corner and clasped his palm on my mouth.

My eyes opened and Jungkook stared at my eyes, he was looking intently at me as we kept hearing the voice.

He finally released his hand from my mouth and I exhaled.

"Th-that doesn't sound like Taehyung nor Jimin," I say and his lips pursed, his eyes still staring intently at me.

"I can sense it, I feel my warning senses tingling," he replies and grabs my shoulders.

"Listen noona, I'm gonna need you to do a favor," he says quickly.

"Kook, I-I can hear it coming closer," I say and he still stares at me.

"Don't look anywhere else," he says and I feel my heart jumping out of my chest.

"B-but," I say as I try to turn my head but he grabs my chin, making me face him.

"Look at me," he says as the footsteps grow nearer.

It was like time was getting slower, the footsteps seem to be going on forever as he kept staring at me, those brown and mysterious eyes holding something I couldn't decipher.

"Do you read fairytales?" He asked me.

"Why would ask tha-," I reply but was cut off when he neared my face, closing the distance between us.

His lips landed on mine and his eyes were closed, my eyes were wide open, shock rushing in me as I tried to process what was happening.

"What in the worl-," I could hear someone else's voice.

Jungkook lips were still on mine and he held my waist, making me stay put.

He finally let go of me and we both panted to catch each other's breaths.

His cheeks were flushed red and we looked at each other.

"Hello?! I'm still here?!" The voice yelled and we both looked to the direction to where it came from.

We both looked at the formally dressed woman infront of us, her blonde-dyed hair was in a ponytail as she eyed us.

"H-hanhyo," I say and she stares at us, wide-eyed.

"What the actual heck are you guys doing at 2 in the morning? And why... why is Jungkook only in a towel?!" Hanhyo screeches.

"And what are you doing in this hour, Hanhyo?" Jungkook replied, complety ignoring her question.

"Well, Daddy said I needed to roam around until we both go home together which is 3 in the morning, now what are you both doing there?" She asks as she eyes both of us head to toe, lowkey feasting on Jungkook.

"Uhmm.... we just got home," I tried to make up a story.

"From our date," Jungkook continues and my eyes widen.

"I thought Jungkook was a robot, I'm gonna tell daddy you're making out with your project," she rolls her eyes and turns her heel.

"Wait!" I say and she looks back, an unamused grin on her lips.

"Jungkook isn't a robot," I say and Jungkook nods.

"Then what shit was Taehyung spewing last time?" She asks me.

"Well, it was a...," I hesitate.

"A testing subject!" Jungkook continued.

"Oh yeah! We were filming a video to show how the future robot would act," I lie and she narrows her eyes.

"Are you sure about that? It seemed kinda real," she replies.

"Yes! We were filming when Jimin suddenly came in! It was supposed to be unexpected, lowkey a prank cam!" I say nervously.

"Okay, so Jungkook is human?" She asks and I nod.

"Well, I'm still gonna tell daddy you were both making out this late at night!" She says and starts walking when I halt her again.

"Listen Hanhyo! We just got back from the pool okay? Jungkook's clothes were wet because it got splashed on and we it took us hours to dry it in the cleaners before we got back here, he had no choice but to wrap a towel around him," I explain and she clicks her tongue.

"You think I'd believe that? You were literally at the lab earlier!" She exclaims.

"And who are you and him to be together this late at night, kissing?" She asks and I swallow the huge lump in my throat.

"W-well...," I say and she smirks.

"Forget about it-," she said but was cut off.

"Eunhee is my girlfriend."
