Training begins-

A powerful gust of wind blew outside of the apprentice den. Followed by yet another howl if air. Maplepaw and Daisypaw, slept in that certain den. Maplepaw was curled up in a warm corner , away from his sister ,
Daisypaw. He whished to see the shining Sun the sky outside but instead of the Sun he met eyes with Glowfeather. " Maplepaw! Time to get training. " She flicked her tail waiting for the apprentice to follow her.
Maplepaw stretched and got up , following his mentor to the training place. " First you will learn to strike.
Pounce at me then use your claws. "
Glowfeather spoke. Maplepaw shuffled closer to her then poorly scratched his mentor. Glowfeather dodged before he could strike her ,
causing him to fall. " UGH! " Maplepaw moaned , charging towards Glowfeather and tumbled on top of her. " Let's try something else. Dodging ,I will pounce at you and you'll dodge left. Okay? " Glowfeather ordered, throwing Maplepaw off of her. He nodded , he was filled with DETERMINATION.

The furry mentor lunged at him, Maplepaw dodged and sprang back at her claws out.

" Ha! " He said as Maplepaw finally , successfully attacked her. " Good. Now if you were facing a winged cat what would you do? " Glowfeather asked Maplepaw. His reply was : " I dunno "
Glowfeather chuckled, spreading her dragonfly-like wings. " Wha?! You have wings? But your not an AirClan cat! " Maplepaw gasped. " AirClan cats have angel-like wings - even though they don't act like angels... "
She murmured thinking of Orangewing who killed her mentor (When she was an apprentice) :
Stormclaw. " Anyways.. try this move"
Glowfeather did a dodge to the right
then pounced and clawed the ground.
" Uh I guess I'll try.. " The young apprentice did the same , dodged to the right , pounced and clawed the ground. " Great! " meowed Everstar
who suddenly praised the apprentice.
" Thank you leader! " Maplepaw puffed his furred chest and raised his head proudly. " Glowfeather, take him to the forest to hunt. He's ready to do some real training. " the dark pelted tom confirmed.
