A weird place-

Glowfeather trotted beside the small Maplepaw, she looked up at the fluffy, white clouds that were floating across the sky. Maplepaw sat down, amazed by the mystical land. The ginger apprentice had never been out side of
clan territory, let alone outside of the nursery until now. " Rabbit! " He jumped, before dashing right into a-
" Tree! " Glowfeather shook her head in disappointment staring at Maplepaw. " Ouch... ".

She giggled then picked him up by the scruff. " Now remember what you learned. Claws out and pounce! " The wind whistled as Maplepaw licked his paws preparing to get his very first kill. He stalked the rabbit, it nibbled at the green grass. As the air grew thicker and fog begin to appear Maplepaw pounced, killing the-- rabbit? " Hey! Get off of me you apprentice! " A familiar meow hissed, while throwing Maplepaw off of its back. The fog cleared... " Sandshadow is that you? " Apprentice, Maplepaw blinked too see a tattered Sandshadow.

" Maplepaw? What are you doing here? " Sandshadow used her paw to wipe away a falling tear. Maplepaw opened his mouth to speak , but the realization startled him. " Stars... darkness... Am I in Starclan?! ".

~Meanwhile outside of Lightclan~
" Maplepaw! Maplepaw where are you? " Glowfeather ran around the forest looking for her brother. ' He's probably back at camp. ' She thought wrong.. he was in Starclan. She trotted back to Lightclan and was struck with worry. ' Is he dead? No I'm lying to myself. ' Glowfeather shook away the thought. Suddenly, Nightblossom sprinted towards her.
" Glowfeather! Where is your brother? We all need to know now! "
She seemed to be followed by Everstar, her mate. " Isn't he here? "
She meowed. " Oh um... I need to talk to everyone... " Nightblossom shivered.

A few minutes later all of LightClan was gathered around Highbranch, Everstar and Nightblossom sat on branches. " Good evening everyone. My mate Nightblossom the Spirit-cat
has some news. " He nodded at his mate. " Well, as the Spirit-cat of LightClan, I can communicate with Starclan. They had sent me a message... " the black cat flicked her tail showing her nervousness. " What did they tell you? " Honeyfur blurted.
Of course Nightblossom replied:
" They said... Maplepaw is dead! " She cried. Glowfeather gasped, after all her apprentice was her responsibility.
" No... I..... " She had started to sob and ran into the forest. ' I need to get him back! For everyone's sake! '. Glowfeather ran deeper into the forest, going back to the place that Maplepaw had ' died '. " Maplepaw if you hear me.... I'm sorry! " Her cries filled the forest. But she wasn't alone..

" Glowfeather, you can bring your brother back from the dead. Bring a maple leaf to this spot and surround it with rocks. Farewell. " The voice faded away. " What? I'll try... " the LightClan cat answered. This was the start of her real journey..
