But to Both Cross and Dream
The Only Things They heard

Was the beating of their
Hearts/souls
It sounded like it was pounding against Their Chest
With each Fast Beat They started to get more nervous

It became silent..Until dream finally, able to find his voice spoke up In a cracky and scared Voice

"W-what?...F-f-Fresh what do you m-mean?"

Fresh Didn't reply after a while he Pulled away and Put his shade Back on And His grin turned into a large smile...A smile any "normal" sans Has

Then Everything Came running back
All the sound
The birds,The wind,People talking and Children Laughing

Both cross and Dream Slowly but surely Started To Calm down
Yet Still afraid and Curious Of Fresh's answer

"hehehe Just Kidding Broseph...Kinda"

Fresh Chuckled

"What does that m-"

But before Cross could Even Finish, Fresh started Talking again

"ANYWAY...Dream Didn't Cha have a job for me?"

Cross Looked at Dream
Confusment written all over his Face while Dream stayed silent clearly Thinking until he smiled
And Opened His mouth (??)

"O-oh! Yeah! I do!"

"Well Lay it On me then lil Homeslice"

Dream Nodded And Summoned His stuff while cross Stood besides him still Clearly confused

"Okay...
I know my brother is Up to Something because....I went Our Old place w-where we use to.."

Dream Sighed sadly and Stabbed the Staff into The ground and Just like Magic
Weird Gold Wind Like magic comes Out wishing and swirling Like lost wind Until it came All together and Made a large table shaped Circle appear With A tree and what Looked Like a tiny Dream sans and error sans

And It felt as if....

Time Froze Everything stopped
Both cross and Fresh Looked around Clearly Surprised but did not question it
Since every sans was Different and Unique with their own Thing

Besides Fresh Made Everything froze....Didn't He?
Dream Started Talking

"I came Closer to...A tree that tree was very important Since it Links to Both Me and Nightmare
Both side Important To both of us
But...."

Dream stopped talking and the Little dream who was made out of Dream's Magic walked Closer to the Tree And giving a little tiny gasp

"My side...My side of My tree Was...Dead Like
It Didn't Shine Like It use to..
It didn't Give Any Sighs Of Positivity
It....Was Like..It was Dead.."

Cross Looked At dream Clearly Worried and Confused

"That Tree...IS REALLY REALLY important Fresh..It's A Part of Me
It's My source Of power..
Every Monsters or humans Positivity goes to The tree then to me...And if my side of the tree dies.."

The little Dream On the magic Table took a step Back fear In his eyes as he watches the Side Of tree that was Meant for him turn dark and Gloomy..
Nightmares Has taken Over the tree

While started Coughing until the Little Dream Kneeled Down On the Ground coughing Out Blood and Crying until it laid down and...

Dust.

Cross Gasped and Fresh Looked
uneasy but still obviously Listening
The Table and Little Dream Disappeared as Dream took his staff Out the Ground

"Here's Where you come In Fresh,
No One Really knows Which side you ar-"

"True that"

"....well This once I want you To help M-HELP US
Your our last hope fresh We need You! We don't know anyone else who can do this!"

"Hmm...."

"Please Fresh! We just need you to get in and find out my brother's plan That's all!"

Fresh stayed silent thinking and Yet
He knew what he's answer was

Dream started sweating And cross Looked like he was thinking about something

Dream was worried and started to sweat he knew
That if fresh denied He could Tell nightmare about his Plans
And That Dream would never find out what his brother's plan is

Fresh's answer was important
But What Dream should worry about Was Cross choice

Sure cross Loved dream and Would do anything for him
But something inside him..
Said that he STILL loves his one and Only Senpai
Nightmare.

Before the narrator could say anything else fresh Opened his mouth and said...
