Well, my name is Gurpreet and I am 18 years old. I believe in dreaming big and working very hard to achieve your dreams. If I were to describe myself in a line then it would be 'I am just like Sunshine but with a bit of hurricane. '

Hehheee ! What I meant from that quote was that I am a kind if girl who you'll find very gentle ,kind and loving most of the time but if you mess with me then I can be as bad as a storm .

Any inspiration for your writings..?

A friend of mine inspired me to write.

It was Florence , she was a really good friend of mine when I was in Canada and she wrote amazing poems. I always used to ask her that how did she get such amazing ideas and she told me that once she started writing , ideas came naturally to her. So she asked me try to write and with time , writing became my hobby.

I don't think I would have ever tried to write if it wasn't her.

What was your debut work in writing..?

It is Beyond Blood . Its a Sandhir Vampire story.

How did you got the idea like Sandhir and vampire. I mean this was totally a different genre on them.
I had mostly saw only romance, fiction and all. Vampire was a totally different thing

Initially , I just wanted to write a Vampire story . I had never thought of writing a Sandhir Vampire story. But then I don't know , what struck me and I wrote about Sandhir in Vampire book.

So how did you got addicted to sadda haq..?

I haven't watched Sadda Haq till yet. I've just seen 4-5 episodes of it in which the village track was going on.

You just watched 4-5 episodes really..!!! This is unbelievable

So after you started writing on Sandhir didn't you thought of watching the show..??

Yes, really I've just watched 4-5 episodes but I'll try to watch it whenever I get time.
But I've seen Parsh's Iv's on YouTube. I liked there off screen chemistry more.

Moreover the fans work like the Vm's they have made on Sandhir was what really attracted me .Those are amazing.

So how will you receive if some one criticise your works..?

Constructive criticism is always welcomed. It will really help me to enhance my writing skill. But I also think that there is a way to criticise a person. If a person comes and tells me that my book is shit then I won't listen to that person and will tell them to fuck off.

So did you ever felt writer's block..?

No, not until yet. The main problem I face is lack of time.

Apart from writing what do you like to do..?

I love to hangout with my friends and I love to eat. Also I am a national level badminton player, so I love to play badminton too.

I joined watty to read the book Dead in Bed..

So how was your journey in watty till now..?

Watty's journey so far has been great. When I initially started writing I had never thought that I will receive this amount of love and support from the readers and my story will become this much popular. All my readers have been immensely kind to me and its because of them my stories are doing well.

So what was your favorite genre to write..?

I like to write fantasy .

Okay.. Did you ever relate your own personality or any one you know and wrote any character in your book..?

No,Never. I wouldn't even do that no matter whatever happens. Because according to me a writer is supposed to create beautiful things but he/she should put nothing of their own life into it.

Its not about writing your own life. Its just writng a character by the influence/inspiration of someone's personality

No, I've created the characters and aren't influenced or inspired by someone's personality.

Name your favorites in watty.. Book, writer, genre to read

I don't read much on wattpad due to lack of time .
I've read only a few books and out if those I liked Dead in Bed by Bailey Simms , Confessions about Colton, Queen of thieves, In 27 Days .

Genre : Mystery and non fiction .I hate reading romantic novels.

And writers are the one who wrote the above mentioned books .

You hate romantic one.. Seriously

Yes I hate them. Even if I try to read them, I get bored within 4-5 chapters and leave reading it. I like to read something that keeps me involved until the last chapter and therefore I like to read genre like mystery .

what do you like the most in Parsh..?

I've seen their IVs and they look so comfortable and great together. They seem to have a special bond ...Oh and I love the fact that Param loves Harshita's hair and keeps on touching them during interviews :P

If you could spend one day in some one else shoes who could it be. And why..?

I am very much happy with my own self and being in my own shoes. I wouldn't like to be in anyone else's shoes.

If you knew today was the last day in your life how could you spend it..?

Arre yr.. Why are you asking me so difficult questions ?? Wait let me think !

I will spend my last day in company of my family and friends and it doesn't matter where or what I'll be doing because I know as long as I'll be with them , I'll be having fun .

If you could relieve one day of your life what day it could be and why..?

It would be a day before my Jee advance results were out. I was really nervous about it, couldn't sleep the whole night.

How did you get your ideas for writing..?

Ideas just pop in your head. You never know where you get those from. I seriously don't know from where I got ideas about my stories. I just got them ;)

Did you ever thought of taking writing as profession or you want to continue it as hobby..?

No, I haven't thought of writing as a profession. I ain't such a good writer. I would persuade it only as my hobby.

What is your biggest strength and fear..?

My biggest strength are my parents and my biggest fear is losing them.

If you were given a chance to direct Parsh in which genre would you like to cast them..?

I could cast them in any genre. They have sizzling chemistry and could rock any genre.

If you were given a chance to spend one day in your life with absolutely any one who would you spend it with and what would you do..?

If I were given a chance , I would like to stay alone and sleep. Life at IIT is a busy one and I barely sleep for 4 hours a day. Our classes start at 8am in the morning and last till 5pm in the evening. After that i have dinner and all and go out with group of friends around 8pm and we to return to the hostel by 10-11pm.After that I study till 2 at night and then again I have to wake up at 6:00am . So because of such a hectic schedule, It would be nice to stay alone and sleep.

Imagine suddenly if you noticed that you were traveling with your favorite celebrity sitting beside you. What would you do..?

I would probably faint because the celebrity I love the most is Michael Jackson and unfortunately he is no more. So seeing him alive I will think I am seeing some ghost and would faint.

I am a big foodie. I eat so much . I have so many favourites . I just cannot pick one. But I can tell you what my favourite ice cream is - Rum and Raisins. It is so yummy :P
