A/n pov:

After two months:

It's been two months since Yatharth and Harsha are now together after that day...

Both are now living happily without any disturbance in their life..

In these two months Yatharth left no chance in taking care of her...and Harsha admired him for handling both office and household work..
Both are so excited to welcome their baby and has already started planning many things for it

At school:

Harsha was going through the campus towards block A while holding some books and without looking down when suddenly her steps collide with a little stone which made her trip but at the right moment a hand held her that saved her from falling..

She looked towards her saviour as Deja Vu as that person says

???: Kabhi neeche bhi dekh liya Karo missy...

A smile appeared on her face as she replied back

Harsha: sorry huh

???: Teesri baar tumhe dekh Raha hu itna careless...

Harsha: Sorry aab se main pakka dekh kar chalungi

He left her hand while she stands in her place and she said

Harsha: Bade dino baad dikhe hai aap..Mr Raj Mehra huh

He smiled while looking here and there while ruffling his hair

Raj: Haan....busy chal raha tha.....office work load bhaut tha....

Harsha: I understand it's ok

Raj: khair yeh sab chodo tumhein apna extra khayal rakhna chahiye iss samay Mrs Harsha Malhotra.....main har waqt bachane ke liye nahi rahuga..

Harsha: Come on I'm not a kid..but thank you for saving me like always....

Raj: Wow I thought I clearly told you to not say thank you in friendship

Harsha chuckled and raj also smiled looking at her laughing....It's also been two months since everything is now better between Harsha and Raj.....both forgot whatever happened in their past and started a new relation as friends....

Harsha also wasn't getting scared of him which made him happy as he started behaving nice more than before

Harsha: Waise aab mil hi gaye hai toh chaliye ek coffee ho jaye

Raj: Sure

And with that both went to the canteen while talking to each other

Time skips~

Both were sitting there sipping their coffee and talking when a girl approached Raj

???: Excuse me sir...

Raj turned around and looked at her as she continued

???: You are so handsome...can I have your number?

Raj smiled softly and replied

Raj: thank you for the compliment..You are also beautiful but.....sorry I can't give you my number

He politely declined her and the girl said

???: It's ok...

Raj: Again I'm sorry

???: No please it's ok.....thank you though

He bows to her and the girl bows back and leaves......Harsha who saw all these things said to him

Harsha: Yah why don't you find a girl for yourself now...you are getting old you know

Raj: What do you mean by old?!? I'm still 28..

He replies cutely and Harsha laughed and told him

Harsha: But sooner or later you have to marry someone and also you will be 30 so soon don't you think you should now settle down... since you are handsome..I'm sure you will find a perfect girl for yourself

Raj chuckled and tried to dodge the question but Harsha saw the pain behind his eyes and smile.....she felt bad for him as she knew he hadn't moved on completely and so she decided not to push further for now

Time skips~

Both were now walking together when Harsha finally said

Harsha: Raj...

Raj: hmm?

Harsha: I think you should move on completely from the past now..aap ache insaan hai...itna care karte hai sabki... don't you think you deserve a second chance? Your love deserves a second chance

Raj hault in his steps and Harsha continued

Harsha: If you love someone this much who isn't even right for you imagine how great it will be when it's the right person...

Harsha said this while looking at him who also just stared at her....

He then smiled and thought

Raj's thought: you were the right person for me but maybe our timing wasn't right for us.

He said this inside his mind not wanting to say it directly to her now and went into deep thought while staring at her when Harsha snapped her fingers causing him to get back into reality

Harsha: kahan kho gaye?

Raj: Harsha...saccha pyaar ek hi baar hota hai....Aur main nahi hi aab kabhi kisi se pyaar kar paunga kyuki Mera Dil iss cheez ki liye mujhe kabhi bhi ijazat dega.....or jitna pyaar Maine tumse Kiya hai.....utna koi nahi kar payega...

Having you by my side even as a best friend is the only thing I cherish in my life now..and only this matters to me......nothing else

He said while smiling as Harsha stared at him with a sad smile

Raj: Also there's a lot on my plate already..so it's better if we don't talk about that......so let's go missy

He said while ruffling her hair softly and startsy walking forward while Harsha stared at his back with concerned eyes..

After some time they both reached outside the school gate to see yatharth already standing there with his car waiting...

He saw both of them and waved at them..

Both reached towards him and Raj engulfed Yatharth in a hug while he also hugged him back

Raj: Kaise ho Bhai

Yatharth smiled and replied

Yatharth: Bilkul first class...tum batao

Raj: Main bhi

In these two months Yatharth and Raj's relationship has gotten better and they are now more like brothers.....Raj went to their house to apologise to the couple for his doing and Yatharth without hesitating forgave him....since he understood him and what he went through and the also reason why he did what he did and Yatharth saw sincerity in Raj's eyes so there was no need to drag this matter anymore

They also started working together again and this time as a team and Raj left no chance to help Yatharth

Raj pulled back from and Harsha said

Harsha: Mujh se bhi mil lijiye Yatharth Ji agar Main aapko dikh gai hu toh..

Both men laughed at her while she glared at them cutely

Yatharth: Of course my wifey.....tumhare liye hi toh aaya hu

He hugs her and Raj watches them with a smile..

Yatharth: You feeling good ?

Harsha: Haan

Raj: Madam aaj girne wali thi..

Yatharth: Kya yeh sach hai Harsha?

He said while raising his eyebrows at her

Harsha: I can expla---

Yatharth: Harsha tumhe kitni baar bola hai na maine dhyan rakhne ko

And with that Yatharth starts lecturing her while raj tries to suppress his laugh but when he sees Harsha glaring at him....he couldn't control it and laughed loudly while turning the other way...

After a few days:

Raj entered while holding some bags inside Yatharth's house

Raj: Hello everyo---- woah!

A slipper came towards him but he dodged it and looked at the scenario in front of him where Yatharth was running and Harsha was behind him holding another slipper in her hand

Harsha: YATHARTH JI AAPKI HIMMAT KAISI HUI WOH LAST BROWNIE KHANE KI!!

Yatharth: I'm sorry yaar mujhe nahi pata tha...ki woh tumhari hai *fake cries*

Yatharth then saw Raj and said to him

Yatharth: Raj bacha le...Bacha le mujhe bhai iske mood swings se bacha le!!

Raj came inside in confusion while Yatharth hid behind him

Raj: Par exactly hua kya...?

Yatharth: Aree yaar mujhe bhuk lagi thi toh Maine dekha ki ek brownie padi hui hai fridge mein toh maine kha li....lekin kya pata tha woh already reserved thi.....or aab yeh mera murder karna chahati hai

Harsha also came towards Raj who also got scared

Harsha: Raj hatiye saamne se..

Yatharth: Nahi Raj nahi...Main mar jauga..

Harsha: Aap hatiye na saamne se!! Unki Matt suniye

Yatharth: Nahi Raj.. please Matt hatiyo warna aaj main qurban ho jauga..

Harsha: Raj aap hatiye.....na

She says stomping her feet and whining as Raj looked at both of them in dilemma

Yatharth: Wifey I'm sorry.....

Harsha: Sorry gai bhad mein... Raj aap hatiye na...

Raj: oye-

She pushed Raj towards the other side causing him to fall on the sofa and a chuckle left from his mouth

He watched the couple fighting cutely and he smiled but soon it turned into a sad one...and he looked down

It could have been him and her if things never went downhill but nonetheless he is happy by the fact that he didn't lose her completely and she is still by his side...as a best friend

Harsha was about to grab the knife when Yatharth and Raj both saw it

Raj: girl--

He immediately got up and ran towards her while Yatharth ran away from there and Raj tried to stop Harsha...while coming in her way...

And that's how the trio found their happiness in each other..

It's hard to let go of the love which you tried so hard to hold

It's hard to give someone all your love when you know you'll never get it back

We try too hard to hold but it's like sand, slips away gradually..

But you should know that love is not about taking.....it's all about giving

You give your all expecting nothing in return but that's what it's all about

It's about being madly involve in a feeling which give you a high and is irreplaceable

one sided love is beyond compare it's the only love where you don't have to share and you own it all alone.... without any judgement.

So this is the end of the story...I hope you all guys enjoyed it...we are really grateful for your support, love and being with us till the end
