"I know that something has changed, never felt this way." The new sophomore sang, "This could be the start of something new! It feels so right to be here with you. Oh, and now looking in your eyes, I see in my heart, the start of something new."

Nova stood up and clapped for her loudly, whistling as well. The new girl gave her a faint grin before heading over, "Gina, Sophomore, transfer student."

"Nova, Senior, not a transfer student but really, really have to pee." Nova said honestly as Gina laughed with a faint smile, "You were crazy good out there. If you don't get the role as Gabriella, i'll loose all hope in humanity."

"Dramatic and a little mean, I love it." Gina grinned, grabbing her water bottle, "I wouldn't have taken you as a Ryan though."

"Who'd you have taken me for?" Nova asked curiously with a raise of her eyebrows.

Gina scanned her over a moment, "Sharpay."

"Well, considering Sharpay is crazy in love with Troy, i'm glad I stuck with Ryan." Nova said back with a shrug of her shoulders, "Plus, Gabriella and Sharpay didn't get along too well. Lucky for you, I like you."

"Lucky me." Gina said back, zipping her bag up and nodding toward Nini, who was heading on stage, "You seem to really scare her."

"I don't mean to." Nova said honestly with a cross of her arms, "She's a sweet girl and played the back of a cow better then anyone I know. She isn't the one I have a issue with."

Gina and Nova looked over their shoulder to find EJ sitting with a wide grin on his face, staring at Nini, "Ah, yes. The victim of a pizza, smoothie, and spaghetti to the face."

"Minor over dramatics on my end." Nova admitted with a small laugh, "But I have my reasons."

"As do we all." Gina said with one last nod of her head before Miss Jenn encouraged Nini to go whenever she was ready.

"Am I too late?" a unfamiliar voice rung, running through the multiple chairs. Novas had to snort at Ricky, "Am I too late?"

"We're all set on Troys. We're low on Chads." Miss Jenn said as he hurried up the stage steps.

"Please don't be Chad. I'd rather have a a tension filled baseball scene, that everyone was yelling kiss at over and over, with someone on time." Nova commented, just loud enough for Ricky to hear.

"I-I only studied the Troy scenes." Ricky said honestly as he looked toward Miss Jenn.

"Good boy. Would you look at that? Someone still listens to me." Nova gushed with a hand on her heart.

"Troy would have arrived on time." Carlos commented with a knowing look Rickys way.

"Okay, Nini, lets try this again." Miss Jenn said as she looked back toward Nini.

"You got this babe, whoo!" EJ yelled for her.

"Gag me with a spoon." Nova rolled her eyes, "I wanna rip his ears off and sew them to his eyebrows."

Nova was cut off by the lights cutting out, Miss Jenn spilling her coffee on the equipment.

"Nobody panic!" Miss Jenn hollered out, "Nini, lets wait for the lights to come back on. I don't want this to throw you.

Nini hesitated, "I'm not thrown."

Novas face fell slightly as her heart tightened when Nini started to sing, "Living in my own world. Didn't understand that anything can happen when you take a chance."

Ricky turned his phone flash light on to shine on her, walking closer.

"I never believed in what I couldn't see. I never opened my heart-" Nini started to sing again. EJ stood up and mimicked Rickys actions, shining his light on her. Nova adjusted in her seat as her face fell, looking down in her lap, "To all the possibilities."

"Nova." Ashlyn whispered hopefully when she saw the girl stand, not getting anything in return until Nova hopped off the stage and left the audition room quickly.

Nova let out a small scream when she opened the bathroom stall, finding EJ leaning on the sink, "I know you're weird, but listening to me pee is a whole new level, dude."

"Why would you just storm out like that?" he asked her in disbelief when she shoved past him to wash her hands, "That was so rude of you."

"What does it matter? I don't even know her." Nova rolled her eyes, washing her hands and looking at EJ through the mirror.

"It's called poor sportsmanship." he stated with a look of disbelief, "You had to pee that bad?"

"Yeah, I did. You would know considering you were standing out here the whole time." Nova rolled her eyes, grabbing a few napkins to dry her hands, "Liquid diets are no joke."

"You're moms making you do that again? Are you kidding?" EJ asked in disbelief, following her toward the door, "Last time you did that, you ended up in the hospital."

Nova scoffed in disbelief as she grabbed the door handle, "Good things it's not any of your concern."

"Nova." EJ stated as she pulled the door open and walked out, "Nova!"

She'd ignored him.

"Lord have mercy, what did I miss?" Nova asked in disbelief as she ran her eyes over the audition sheet. Her eyes staying glued to Ninis name by Gabriella and Rickys by Troy, "A whole episode?"

"You missed a lot." Seb grinned as he put a arm around her, "We got Sharpay and Ryan!"

The pair began bouncing up and down and cheering together.

"Chad? She thinks i'm a Chad?" EJ's voice rung as he looked at the papers. His eyes met with Novas quickly as realized hit the both of him.

"Oh no." the pair said on sync, "Baseball."

"Im gonna throw that baseball right down your throat, EJ!" Nova called out with a bright smile, her and Seb walking down the hall, "Whoo!"

Her hand slapped Ricky in the chest as she passed him, "Congrats, Wildcat."
