BAKUGOU HAS A POMERANIAN

this is gonna be long. so just hear me out.

Bakugou owns a little lavender Pomeranian named Kyo who he loves with all of his angry heart.

Masaru gifted her to him after he passed the Entrance Exam with flying colors. Mitsuki was against the idea (she was genuinely scared for the little dog's safety), but Masaru insisted that "it might help Katsuki loosen up a little!! I promise!!"

When his dad came into his room to give him a small, jittery dog, you can imagine Bakugou's uncaring, even anger, for the pup. He claimed he didn't need some damn dog to help with his so-called "issues". Masaru forced him to keep her, though, and while he never tried to hurt her ("the closest I'll ever come to hurting an animal is fuckin' Deku," he'd always say), he refused to even give her a name and mostly made his parents generally take care of her for the first days (weeks?) that he had her.

But the day he came home, upset and bitter about Izuku's victory in the training exercise, refusing any sort of physical or emotional contact with his parents because he was just so angry, she helped him. Sorta. Really he was laying in bed staring at the ceiling and she, despite having little to no bond with him, curled up beside him and started to lick his cheek. Only for a while, before she propped herself onto his stomach and welcomed Bakugou to pet her. It actually comforted him. His dog, who he had completely and utterly neglected, still cared about him enough to comfort him. In that moment, he named her Kyo.

That was the start of a lovely relationship between owner and dog!!

Overtime, Bakugou grew attached to Kyo; he started to love her more than anything in the world. He would never admit it, of course. Nobody in Class 1-A even knew he had a dog, much less his undying love for her cute fluffy face.

Until they moved into the dorms.

Masaru offered to keep Kyo at home, so she couldn't distract him from training and school work, and said he could come visit her when he wanted, but Katsuki's response was something akin to "FUCK YOU, SHE'S MINE, I'M BRINGING HER". And he did. He brought her to the dorms. And Class 1-A freaked the fuck out.

The majority of the class went gaga over Kyo. They loved her so much, not more than Bakugou (that's impossible), but they loved her to pieces. The girls (and Kouda) especially. They liked this new soft side to Bakugou, they could only dream to love Kyo as much as Bakugou does. (Heh,, they compare her fur to Bakugou's hair, because they feel so similar.)

Kyo loves Bakugou just as much!! Whenever Bakugou is sad or sleepy, she'll immediately go and curl up beside and let him pet her, or sleep next to him (Kirishima has a few (hundred) pictures of Bakugou and Kyo napping together), and she's very happy and energetic so she's always keeping him busy, in the best way!! She loves her owner very much!! They love!!!! each other!!!!!

GOSH. i love this!! i love it. love. bakugou is so very soft for his little pupper. that was fuckin long!! 500+ words.... but it was so worth it. i might write about these two. i wanna write about these two.
