In Undertale if my oc was there. There is actually an alternative ending where Ghoul dies but it wasn't from the genocide route. It's from old age. Remember Undertale Ghoul is a hybrid of a dragon monster and a human.

She doesn't look extremely old because her mother's side of the family can change their age appearance so they won't worry others that much. Ghoul died peacefully but the night before she died peacefully while sleeping, she told Flowey aka Asriel (her adopted brother) to tell the others and they did as she requested and they placed her right by the area where Frisk first fell.
