It's a fictional disease in which the victim coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. It ends when the beloved returns their feelings (romantic love only; strong friendship is not enough), or when the victim dies. It can be cured through surgical removal, but when the infection is removed, the victim's romantic feelings for their love also disappear.

This is both a vent and has a secret meaning.

At first it was suppose to be where my bnha oc suffering the hanahaki disease. Then slowly it developed into two meanings.

Also FullMetalNinja75 she would suffer this most likely if she never had courage to confess to yam. This is why I was asking you about the flower question lol. Also I'm planning on making it possible for her to have this in her Gene family. She'd also hide it from all her friends and family.

Now the other meaning...it isn't that important. On other news I'm loving the result of what I've drawn.
