Backstory: (just in case you don't understand) Ribbonette went missing from Gardenview center one night, Josie 
(Her toon handler) went to go search for her. But nothing was found except the bow from Ribbonette's dress.

Val's toon handler: Cecelia (Oc belongs to Kittystarly) had MURDERED Ribbonette because she was jealous of how close Ribbonette and Val were. Ribbonette sees Val as her mother-figure because she is a young child. She's also the youngest of the group of main toon characters.
