"Y/N! Look!" Ethan beckoned you over to where he was sat at his computer. On the screen was his subscriber count.

"Oh my god, you're so close!" you shared in the excitement. The number was slowly climbing. After an hour of occasionally checking the number, it grew to one million.

"We did it!" Ethan shouted, jumping up from his chair. He had the biggest smile and wouldn't stop hugging you.

"Congratulations! You know what this means?"

"What?"

"We're going to have a party!"

"Oh okay!" he hesitated, "when will we have it? And who's invited?"

"Well. . . since I knew you were going to hit one million today. . . I may have already invited Mark, Amy, Tyler and Kat."

"OH!"

Ethan ran away into the bedroom where he quickly changed into more appropriate (and clean) clothes. You had planned yesterday for this party by texting the others and saying that Ethan was about to hit one million. Amy promised to bring the fun party supplies so that it was a complete surprise for Ethan.

"Why didn't you tell me earlier?" Ethan whined when he came back.

"It's called a surprise sweetheart."

Ethan rolled his eyes just as the doorbell rang.

"They're here!" Ethan happily ran to the door and opened it to see his best friends.

"Congratulations!" Amy said, bringing in some balloons, Kat followed behind with a cake.

Mark and Tyler came in as well and probably made some sarcastic remarks followed by some genuine compliments and congratulations.

Amy showed off the cake that had '1 Million' in bright blue icing and a little red play button.

"You guys are the best," Ethan said, giving you a tight side hug.

"We need to take artsy pictures for Instagram, don't forget," Amy joked.

"Of course. That's the only reason we have parties is for the Instagram pictures," Kat sassed, rolling her eyes.

After eating the cake Amy told you and Ethan to go stand in front of the wall with the balloons for some pictures.

You got some funny ones and ironically serious ones. As you were walking away Ethan pulled you back and kissed you. Amy quickly snapped a picture.

"That's a keeper!" she giggled.
