They're in love. It's plain to see.

When they're together you can feel the connection they have.

The way Ethan gazes at Y/N when she's focused on something else. You can almost see the hearts in his eyes. Everyone knows that he loves every part of her. He loves her hair, her eyes, her voice, her body. He places a reassuring hand on her shoulder or knee to let her know that he's there, that she's safe.

He's protective of her and always keeps an eye on her. He's also very proud of her. She's come a long way from when they first met. He knows how she used to be and he sees the amazing progress she's made.

Let's not forget about how much Y/N adores Ethan. She takes every chance she gets to sneak in a hug. She cuddles against him when they sit together and uses small, sweet gestures to show her love. A kiss on the cheek, running her hand through his hair, or just a compliment transforms him into a blushing mess.

She's grateful that he brought her out of a bad place. He makes her so incredibly happy.
