I was sitting in the corner of my cell in a little ball when I saw one of the men go up to Adam's cell and open it. I stood up and walked up to the bars to see what was happening.

Adam was dragged from his cell with his hands cuffed behind his back and taken down the hall.

"Adam!" I cried. He looked at me and I saw a worried look on his face. I watched them take him into a room and lock the door.

I sat on the ground and started crying. I had been holding it back but I just couldn't anymore. Jason went to the window and looked at me.

"Josie, come here," he said. I walked over to him and he put his hand through the space in between the bars. I took it and held it while he looked at me.

"Whatever happens here, you have to know that I will get us out if it's the last thing I do. I'm not going to stay here forever," he said. I nodded and he smiled sadly.

"Is Adam going to be okay?" I asked.

"I'm sure he'll be fine," Jason said.

We stood there for a long time until we heard screaming coming from the room where Adam was. I pressed my face against the bars and squeezed my eyes shut, trying to block out the sound. I felt hot tears streaking down my face and I was probably crushing Jason's hand.

I looked at him and saw that he was crying too.

When the screaming finally stopped, I let go of Jason's hand and slumped to the floor in exhaustion. I heard him sit down as well and I crawled to the bars, waiting for Adam.

When he came out, he was sweaty and shaking. He was practically being carried by the two men leading him back to his cell and I cried when I saw him.

"Adam," I whispered, my voice cracking.

When Adam was back in his cell, the men came up to mine and opened the door. I backed into the corner and tried to fight them off.

"Don't touch her!" Jason yelled. The grabbed me and cuffed my hands behind my back. As they led me down the hallway, I saw the rows of cells, some with people, some without.

I saw AntVenom, DanTDM, SetoSorcerer and some other people.

They opened the door and brought me inside the room.

I saw a glass tube with wires and such connected to it. There were some men and women with clipboards or putting weird liquid in vials.

"What is this?" I asked, my voice shaky.

One of the men holding me laughed.

"Oh, you haven't figured it out yet! This is a hybrid lab. This is where you and all your youtuber friends become mutant creatures and the world will call you outcasts. Some of your brothers don't need any work here, such as HuskyMudKipz and JeromeASF. They're already strange enough. Then there's that one boy, Deadlox! He just needs some boosts and he's weird enough!" explained the man, getting more and more excited as he talked.

"Jerome, Quentin and Ty are not weird! They're awesome and they're certainly better than you!" I yelled. The men laughed and locked me in the tube.

"Well, if they were better than us they could have protected you."

I then felt pain. Horrendous pain that made my entire body shake and grow tired. I didn't even realize I was screaming until the pain stopped and I fell to my knees.

They dragged me from the tube and brought me back to my cell. I curled up in the corner of the cell and hid from them. They left, locked the door and went to find the next victim.

"What happened?" Jason asked. I crawled to the window and looked at him.

"This is a hybrid prison. They're making every single youtuber in Minecraftia into a hybrid so they become social outcasts," I explained.

Jason's eyes were wide with fear.

"What did they do to you?"

I looked at myself. I felt the same as always, but when I looked at myself, I realized I wasn't the same. I had a grey tail and ears.

"I'm a wolf," I mumbled. "Jason, I'm a wolf hybrid."

"I must admit, that's pretty cool," Jason said, grinning.

"But, what happened to Adam? He looks the exact same!" I said. I looked over at his cell and noticed that he was super fast when he ran. He looked shocked.

"Adam, what did they do to you?" I asked. He looked over at me.

"I think... they made me a... Herobrine hybrid. But, I'm not evil," he said.

I grinned slightly and wagged my tail.

"Wolf."

He grinned and then looked serious.

"We need to get out of here. They could either use us as weapons or they could use us for entertainment. We can't stay much longer."

"I know, but how to we get out! There's no escape!" Mitch exclaimed.

The next person was being taken away. I didn't want to look, but I did anyway.

Ian.

Oh no.

The familiar screaming came ringing through the hall and I covered my wolf ears, which were giving me amazing hearing.

When the screaming stopped, I looked toward the door and my jaw dropped when I saw him.

He looked the same, but I knew something wasn't right because some of the people in the room were yelling. I heard them running around frantically and I looked at Ian.

He looked fine, but something was wrong.

Suddenly, his eyes went in opposite directions and he started singing a really annoying song in a voice that didn't belong to him.

"What did you do to him?" Quentin yelled.

"The squid serum failed, so now he has a derpy side to him," one of the men said.

I saw Adam face-palm and I chuckled a bit.

"Why would you use squid serum? That's so dumb!" Adam laughed.

"Derp Ssundee," Jerome said.

And kids, that's the story of how Derp Ssundee was born. The lesson of this tale, do not try to make a squid hybrid.
