Age 21 (iv)
Bay'ah: It is an Arabic word that means oath of allegiance to a leader.
When you go to a doctor, you give yourself to him. You are under his control. You have no authority. Even your consent becomes meaningless in some situations.
In some fiqah of Islam, muslim men and women do bay'ah and comes under their 'murshad'.
Murshad is the person with whom the allegiance is done.
He guides you and secures you to Allah's path.
The bay'ah of a woman is not considered good or ethical in our society because a man is not a mehram to a woman.
So, when I got bay'ah to the Darwaish, some people marked it as an unacceptable thing.
The way I became subservient to my Darwaish was the same way as you come under the power of a doctor.
I considered him my psychiatrist, my spiritual healer.
His frequency was the one that matched my soul and I bound my soul to his through the bay'ah.
It was like a contract formation. A contract in which I was supposed to do things as he said.
He asked me,"Will you do what I ask you?"
I agreed. I nodded my head.
My murshad was the ladder to reach my God. My spiritual journey has just started. My soul that was intact in Aalim e arwah was now shattered. It had holes in it and a monster was residing in it.
I was embarked on the journey to sew all the broken pieces of my soul and cleansing it from all the monsters with the help of my murshad.
