This book cover was one of the last I illustrated as a free project here on wattpad, for wattpad writer Kate Knightly.

The story is a fantastic adventure lead by a girl who jumped to the old Greek gods world in the past, where she would have to deal with several obstacles and would certainly meet one or two attractive Greek gods.

The author requested a minimalist cover, hence the structure of title and frame I used. The featheres edging the title represent the arrows that the girl would use as weapon and would also be a part to highlight the title of the story.

The selection of colours were intended to create contrast, also as a remembrance of the orange and black tones that Greeks used in their ceramics.

As usual, I worked on other concepts, all of them inspired in the setting of the story.

As usual, the font was downloaded in dafont.com. I also used a grunge texture to add the antique effect.

I really enjoyed creating this cover, and it has always been one of my best works.
