"I'm not kissing you."

"Think of all the poor little kittens in trees you'd be saving."

"No. I am not kissing you, ever, Rivers."

"You hear that, students of Temple Valley High? Jasper Marshall would rather all the stray puppies and kitties to be murdered than accept five dollars for a good cause!"

"Oh my god."

"Actually, I just go by Rivers. Now, pucker up."

Jasper Rosewood and Rivers Dartsworth have been bitter rivals since their freshmen year at Temple Valley High.

Everything is a competition to them, including who can raise the most money during their schools annual fundraising week.

So when Jasper finds himself manning a kissing booth, he truly shouldn't have been shocked to find Rivers in line, twenty dollar bill in hand.

He is a little surprised, however, when the kiss makes him feel things for Rivers he'd never thought possible.
